We take my very large dog with arthritis and a torn acl to be bathed. He has difficulty getting into the bath. The employees are always very accommodating by finding an additional step for my guy to get in. It also takes more than the 20-minute max, and they are pretty understanding. I would recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Ballwin.

Staff is always kind and helpful. Every time I've been there they've always have been on top of taking care of customers who are not as able bodied with the heavy bags. They also partner with VetIQ clinics which is awesome to get my pet vaccinations and restock at the the same time

I didn’t have the best experience here I tried to use my loyalty coupon for $10 off and she refused to let me use it even though it scanned fine and had no expiration date listed (I don’t think they used to have expiration dates as the new ones do). She asked to take my phone to her supervisor who apparently said I can’t use it and made me restart the whole order and also didn’t give me the the 50% off discount for the food I grabbed at the cashier desk that was 50% off since it was about to expire.
I will just use the $10 off online (picture shown that it applies fine) but very annoying I now have to drive back a second time.

My go-to for the fur babies in my life - the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and some of the friendliest retail workers I know(and I do know because I work retail as well, lol)! Prices are great, and they'll help you take things out to your car if you can't manage or just ask. ❤️❤️ This store!

Decent selection of treats and food. If you buy other items then buyer beware. Some products are very low quality and they don't stand behind them.
