Phone Zone replaced the face of my wife’s iwatch. When that failed a week later, they tried again. When that failed in a few days, they traded out the old watch for a new one! Incredible service and accountability!!! Love these folks. So impressive how they stand behind their work.

Do NOT bring your phone for repair to this place. Brought in a phone to have the charging port replaced. They charged me $129 and then when receiving phone calls, the speaker was all static-y. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days then picked it up and the microphone didn’t work so you could make a call but no one would hear you. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days. Then when you made a call, you couldn’t hear them. I asked for my money back. They wouldn’t give it to me and kept telling me to bring it to their other location so the other technician could work on it. Left it one more time. It still doesn’t work. They won’t give me my money. They kept telling me it’s nothing they did, but every time they have the phone something else is wrong with it. Worst service ever.

I was able to resolve the original issue.

I do not want to admit to the world how many ipad screens my children have broken….the world needs to know about Phone Zone in Ballwin: absolutely 5 stars. In my experience, PZ has repaired multiple cracked screens for me, they’ve performed software updates on various electronics, and every encounter has been wonderful. PZ is super knowledgeable, they’re honest about repairs, and the pricing is fair. Try them out!

I have one of the new Galaxy flip phones. Love it. Unfortunately I dropped it while it was open and it obliterated all 3 main components of the touch screen. My only option was to take it and have it repaired. Unfortunately due to it being a new phone the price for parts was not going be cheap. I expected that. I checked around and every place was averaging the same costs in parts. They all were saying labor would be more though. Not these folks. They said the price I had been hearing and that would be it. They said it could be up to a week due to the parts having to be shipped in. Normally I would never pay this much to fix a phone but this one had everything of my life on it. All of my kids photos all of my wedding photos every thing. I never got around to backing them up. Sushma was so sweet and assured me that they could fix it. And as promised by the end of the week my phone is fixed and in full working order. I have ALL my stuff back. I also made sure to immediately back up everything after that. AMAZING WORK!!! I was so relieved to see my all my photos again I instantly started crying tears of joy and relief. If anybody needs phone repairs please don't hesitate go here. Good prices great service wonderful staff. Thanks again Sushma you truly are an angel.

Went in for a simple fix - replacement of a cracked camera lens cover. They didn't have the piece but ordered it right away. Went back the next week and they replaced it quickly at the rate originally quoted. Can't ask for more than that!

Really bad place with bad service, site is inactive nothing updated. No joke, the guy on August 12th seemed distraught that I walked inside and his nose was very red and irritated, acting very suspicious. Ran by a bunch of foreign druggies by the looks.
