TERRIBLE customer service! Thought we were getting a promotional credit & after not receiving it, I started trying to get it resolved. Online Customer Service referred me to the branch, the branch didn't respond in the time they said they would. When they finally did, they told me we were NOT getting the credit. When I explained that I thought we met the requirements, Bank Manager - Nanci - said no & that the "information was made available to us". The information available to us in small print was NOT what the person we opened our account with explained (who, of course, is no longer there). Branch then referred the issue to Retail Custom Service, who said the same thing. The terrible customer service and run-around is worse than not getting the credit. You'd think for the small credit, they'd issue it as a course of good faith and customer service. Nope - they don't care. Also, they put a 3-day hold on payroll checks deposited - ridiculous. We'll be closing our account for sure & letting everyone know how awful our experience was!
