Ashley was very nice and did a good job with my mani/pedi. The shop could stand a little cleanup…baseboards, paint, aesthetics. But it was a good experience and I would return.

I have been a customer at Pure Nails for several years now. Fatima and her team are professional and make sure I am always well taken care of. She does my nails for anything from vacations to my wedding, and I always leave satisfied! Ashley does a fantastic, relaxing pedicure. My husband, mom, and dad have all been for pedicures too. A great value service for the price, and you feel like a VIP!

POOR TECHNIQUE. I am so incredibly disappointed. $100 on a gel mani pedi, and 2 days later, the nails are flaking off. The uv lights were not working properly and I told the technician multiple times they were not curring properly. Her response simply they are fine. Unfortunately, I am not able I go back to get it fixed due to travel. I wouldn't have a problem if it was a $25 but for $100 they need to do better.

New ownership is amazing! Good conversation, great detail, and can match pictures very well. Would highly recommend.
Requested style: I got chrome powder over dip extensions

I've been going here for at least 15 years. Sadly, not any more. I went in to get a pedicure and while I was picking out my color some very LOUD woman comes in and asks if she can sit in the chair and soak her feet until it was her turn. She LOUDLY proclaims she has been going there for at least 13 years and LOUDLY introduces herself to the staff. A few minutes later a worker comes over and tries to tell me that I will be after LOUD mouth? WHAT? I said I was there before she was. And LOUD MOUTH proclaims that they were busy before and she left and had just come back. Sorry stupid Karen, you leave the que, you go to the back of the line. I told the lady that was fine I would take my business elsewhere. I did and frankly I am so happy I went to another salon which was blessedly QUIET and I really like their sanitation practices sooooo much better. Bye Pure Nails. It's been real.

Horrible experience since the new owners have taken over. I walked in for a pedicure and was told that it would be an hour wait. I waited and waited and waited; while watching white customers without an appointment being serviced before me. I confronted the man and he got arrogant with me. I have been doing business with this business since 2000 and I have never felt discriminated against until today. Never going back and I suggest if you believe in equality you take your business elsewhere!!!

DO NOT come here. I called ahead online to ask pricing for just a take off of old polish and the lady told me $10. I came in and told her i had an appointment and i was the one who called on the phone. She asked me if they were gel (also did on the phone) and i confirmed that they were gel and before i sat down i asked her again if it would only be $10 and she said yes. It took almost an hour for them to take off the polish and my nails were soaked in pure alcohol for almost 40 minutes. She repeatedly drilled for a little bit then put my hands back in the pure alcohol. She even tried to use a fake acrylic nail to pry the gel off but couldn’t separate my nail from the gel polish and ended up ripping up from underneath my natural nail and when i said it hurt she kept going. after about 50 minutes of repeating this process she told me to go wash my hands. I was shocked because there were still several patches of gel remaining on my fingers and she didn’t even buff them at the end so flakes of polish remained on every finger. She definitely was not rushed and i was the only one in the salon until half way through my appointment when one other girl came in and she was helped by a different nail tech. I got up to the counter and she pointed at a sign on the wall and said “nail take off $13 ok?” i told her no, this was not okay. this was a 30% price increase and despite it being on the wall, i called before hand and after I entered the building to confirm it was only $10. She told me that a normal nail take off is $10 but gel take off is $13. It did not say this on the wall, all it said was “nail take off $13” and did not specify the type. I also confirmed with her before beginning and on the phone before arrival that my nails were in fact gel. I will never be coming here again. For how long they took to do a horrible job and then trying to over charge me for it, this place is not worth anyone’s money. You really do get what you pay for. There’s a reason this establishment is always empty.
