I’m a longtime Quest user. I am very happy with their online scheduling and quick provision of test results. Since I have been taking the same tests year after year, I really appreciate how Quest graphs out the most recent test result along with prior values to show the trend. Their online checkin process allows for minimal wait time when I get to the lab.

It was TERRIBLE. The person doing my blood draw was unbelievably rude. First, I’d accidentally walked past ‘Room 3’ that she’d announced I should enter. She was upset about that. Then as I prepared to have blood drawn, I laid down my purse, took off my jacket, and I’d FIRSTLY put my ID and insurance cards on the stool right next to her as she was busy entering something on her computer screen. I sat down. Then, without even looking at me she asked me for my ID, etc.. I said ‘it’s right there.’ I pointed to the stool next to her. She says, ‘Hand it to me.’ (What? I thought). Then she very roughly starts throwing together the tubes and cinching my arm with the band. Never once making eye contact or speaking. She roughly draws blood. (I’ve had this procedure 100’s of times … and NEVER been treated so rudely.) Afterward, still not speaking to me, she puts on a bandage. I take blood thinners, so it had bled profusely through the bandage right away. She walked out. Silently. I had to ask someone else for another bandage as the first was soaked through. I hope this person is reprimanded. Don’t know her name, but her red braids are memorable and probably identifiable.

I arrived for my appointment at noon. I saw at least four people talking to an employee that was about to close the entrance door. I heard one person say “what do you mean you’re closing for today?” The employee responded “we’re instructed to close right now”. I wasn’t sure what was going on but said “I have an appointment”. They just looked at me and shut the door. The rest of us walked away in disbelief. I don’t blame the employees. I blame management. I had important blood work to be done and Quest wasted my time. I wish I could charge them a penalty. But instead, I guess I’ll just leave this review.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Quest Diagnostics. First and foremost, they are utterly incapable of keeping appointments. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, only to be kept waiting for over 45 minutes past my scheduled time with no explanation or apology. If appointments are meaningless, why offer them in the first place?
Adding insult to injury, the staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. I witnessed elderly patients being treated with blatant disrespect. Instead of offering patience and understanding, the staff were dismissive and rude, making what should have been a routine visit unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable.
This level of incompetence and disregard for patient care is unacceptable. Healthcare facilities should prioritize professionalism, empathy, and timeliness—none of which were evident here. I will not be returning and strongly recommend others seek out alternatives where their time and dignity will be respected.

Super nice lady!! I’m glad I met her!! very informative, knowledgeable… ( Getting blood panel for annual physical )Have been going to local quest for years.. ALWAYS a good experience..Very good system for making an appointment, Reminders, and check in at their office !!

Jackie at the Clayton Rd. location was so personable, nice, and made sure I was comfortable and asked about my day. She did a great job in locating a vein and I had very minimal discomfort during the needle prick! The other members of the staff during my morning appointment were also very kind and said hello to me. I've been coming to this location consistently for at least a couple years now and have always had a fabulous experience with the phlebotomists. Making an appointment ahead of time on the app makes the process easy with minimal wait time (thank you for honoring my appointment time when I came!) so I highly recommend doing that.
Only thing I would recommend for Quest is to review their doctor database (as it seems like there may be some duplicate entries) to further increase efficiency. My doctor was listed twice in the database which delayed starting my bloodwork procedure by about 10 minutes and was not my phlebotomist's fault.

Checked in to drop off a lab. Was fourth on the wait list for an hour. Wait time never changed. Asked for help multiple times and never received any. They don’t even have a way to get help other than to jump in when other people are walking in to their appointment. Avoid.

Came here for blood work and It was fantastic !! My wait was a few minutes at most and the Nurse was fabulous, she talked to me, the needle prick as barely felt. It was over before I knew it.
She also explained what each vile was going to be used for as well. The hole process was 10 or so minutes.

It was easy to schedule my appointment online. My appointment started at the scheduled time even though there were more than 10 walk-ins waiting. The nurse was very good, and the test results were available the next morning. Everything was just perfect.
