I was greeted with a smile by the cashier Don. He went above and beyond to help me with an item that wasn't even on the shelf yet. With a busy store full of guests he took the time to help. Thank you Don for going above and beyond. It means so much in this world today that there are people in customer service that take time to treat people so well. I hope you get recognized for all your hard work.

I do like my QT but, you all DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A TACO! Disgusting. The tortilla is too thick for a taco and the tortilla sits in that steam from the eggs etc that it becomes raw dough. Failure.

Normally love QT’s, and I grew up going to this store. I went in to refill my reusable water cup, and this time I threw a lighter on the counter and purchased it. I was charged $4 for a $2 lighter, and when we went back inside the lady behind the counter first told us “yeah the lighters are overpriced” upon physically showing her the price of the lighter, she told us we got it along with a donut which was why it cost more. I didn’t buy a donut?? Upon telling her THIS, she then told us that quick trip does not offer free water and it costs a dollar to refill a reusable cup with water when I have always been informed up to a gallon of water is free. I was just filling up my 16oz cup, not even a larger size. Very unhappy! Could’ve gone to sonic if I wanted to pay for my water

Around 11:30am today the manager on duty was standing by the register cussing loudly in regards to a customer inquiring about purchasing cappuccino mix. Unprofessional.
