Visited the store for the first time on 07/01/24 at appx 6:00. There was only one cashier and it was a blonde guy with glasses. I felt so bad for him because I seen numerous workers walk behind the cash registers and they seen the line but yet none bothered to help him. This guy deserves a raise and the rest need to watch some more onboarding videos regarding customer service and teamwork.

Why are all the dressing rooms in the back not open? You only get two little booths to try stufff on and they are packed. Really bad marketing. I’ve left without buying things a few times now.

I love Ross but honestly there is an incredibly rude manager (I think that’s her role) here. I tried to buy a basket with a broken handle. I asked if any discount for the broken handle and the cashier said sure and then asked this lady (south East Asian, probably Indian). She then got so mad and said “don’t sell it to her” put it over there”. I felt like I’m at a bartering market and the seller pretends it’s not for sale because you question the price.
The friendly cashier told her that I wanted to buy it and I also agreed I needed this as it was just for toys but a few times she tried to tell him not to sell it. Honestly she’s been rude to me as a customer before. I don’t know why but she gets so mad if you are refunding or exchanging as well. I love the other staff here but I’m so sick of the way this lady makes you feel awful after making a purchase. I may just go to chesterfield to avoid her.

13 people in line and we as customers had to ask for another person to check out. They didnt show up right away so I called on my phone. They have terrible customer service. Could care less if you shop here or not. Gentleman was wanting to look at jewelry and NO ONE to help him.

This Ross never disappoints. It’s worth the drive from IL. I purchase home decor at this location, haven’t looked at the clothes here though.

This was my first time in a Ross. The store seemed anemic and corporate. Google lists it as a clothing store, and that is very accurate. 90% of what you are going to see is clothing. Their home decor was quite bland, and nothing jumped out at me. I probably won't ever come back.
There was nothing objectively wrong with the store. I'm sure it fills someone's niche.

terrible service no one speaks English I purchased items that were broken and they did not give me a receipt tried to return it they didn't take it back because I didn't have a receipt this store is terrible selling broke products I wouldn't shop here if it was the last store on earth

Love the product, obviously called the police to watch over me (officer paced behind me as I tried on shoes which already have security tags that beep). Proceeded to spend 150 on jacket and pair of black Nike boots. I don't think low cost designer leftovers need this sort of scrutiny. I hope the risk of losing an 80 dollar pair of boots that probably cost you 15 bucks and we're hopefully insured is worth a review like this and the 5 people told in person. Don't tell me I wrong when I've never said this in over 40 years of my life. Was not my first time here and my wife and I have also shopped here spending money. I don't want to know how much she has spent but she's also complained to your store and your competitors as she is very protective of me.

This is my favorite store. Every time I see a ross in a different city, we stop by cause there's something different in each store. They have great prices and brand name stuff.
