And my daughter had an issue with her car and needed new bearings and a hub and she was quoted $800 at Dobbs $700 at Combs auto and this place did it for $315. They were extremely kind, sincere and accommodating and very detailed, explaining the entire process. The brothers that own this place are the best!! Talk about a fantastic business. They are absolutely the best guys in the business. So kind and trustworthy! Ric Dan and Bob are very helpful and reasonable compared to the other auto places out there. I trust them 100%.

I really really wanted to like this small shop. I spent good money there too. The guy in the store continues to be without any patience to the point that he is rude every time I talk to him. I don't know what's his problem. He should really reconsidered letting someone else to do the talking. He is lacking basic skills to treat people nice. What a shame. I will no longer do a business with them.

I had a set screw cross threaded in a Andersen door handle. Google listed Saitta as having a machine shop. They said bring it by and removed the screw without damaging threads in the handle. They weren't going to charge me but I insisted they charge me something. $5Great place, great people.

Needed a small repair on my truck and after making an appointment, they completed it in very little time and charged an exceptionally reasonable price. I will be going back in the future for parts and/or minor work.

Been doing business here since the mid 70’s. Always great service, they carry quality parts and are consistently less expensive than the Zone or O’R… Can’t go wrong shopping here.

This is one of the few places you will get honest service and pricing on your car parts and repairs. Rick, Bob and Dan gives excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend them to anyone for your car repairs.

Needed a place to change my tires. I’ve gone to the same place for 20 years but then I moved and needed somewhere closer to where I live. Dan and Rick at Saitta were very nice and accommodating as well as professional when I called them about my 2003 Buick Century, and even more so when I came in the shop. I’m very pleased with the work and will definitely have more car work done with them in the future.
