Do not go here if you can avoid it. They NEVER have the prescription I need in stock. When you call to check on it they just tell you “we’re working on it” literally DAYs go by and after about 6-8 days that’s when they get a hold of you (if you’re lucky - you usually have to make a trip all the way there because you can call them anymore) and they tell you “I’m sorry, we don’t carry your prescription”. Horrible, lack of communication and poor inventory and ability to stock.

If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I’ve never had a single pleasant or quick transaction at this location. The employees have bad attitudes and seem like they are not qualified to do what they need to. I’m currently sitting in the drive through and have been waiting over 15 minutes.
This has not been the first time.
Believe me, after this, I’m switching to a different pharmacy.
It’s just not worth it over here at the CVS in schnucks in Twin Oaks.
Please, for everyone’s sake, CLOSE THIS PHARMACY DOWN OR COMPLETELY REPLACE ALL THOSE WHO WORK HERE!!!!!

Overall I have been happy with the service provided by this pharmacy. This is a high volume office which needs to be factored into your review.

Each time the pharmacist Matthew is working, he is extremely rude. He is condescending. He is a bully and he puts women down. He doesn’t have good customer service at all. I am switching out of this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Matthew, the pharmacist at this location, was absolutely shocking. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a healthcare professional. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was outright hostile.
As someone who works in a doctor’s office, I frequently communicate with pharmacists, and I’ve never encountered someone who goes out of their way to be this unhelpful. When asked a simple, reasonable request within his scope of practice, he flat-out refused without explanation. He talks over me, hangs up mid-conversation, and has made it difficult for patients to get their medications on time.
I was left completely speechless by his attitude and lack of regard for patient care. No one in a position of responsibility should be treating others this way. CVS needs to address this immediately. If you value professionalism and efficiency, avoid this pharmacy.
I strongly urge CVS to address this issue, as no patient or healthcare provider should have to deal with a pharmacist who actively obstructs care. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to report it as well.

The staff at the CVS in Twin Oaks is always friendly and efficient. They always ask if you have any questions. They are prompt with filling the prescriptions.

Fill my order at the last minute before the snow bowl came, I really appreciated that.

I’ve been taking a PPI for heart burn for over ten years, and it turns out I wasn’t taking it properly. The pharmacist decided to check with me to make certain I knew how to take it properly, and I’m glad he did. Good folks at this location.

I came into Schnucks and started waiting in line at the CVS around 1:25pm (while the pharmacy was still open). The male pharmacist who regularly works there was interacting with a gentleman in front of me. He did so until almost exactly 1:30pm hit and then told the guy he was heading to lunch.
Told me, “sorry we’re closed” and then proceeded to shut the gate on me and refused to help.
He had to go out of his way and intentionally try to be rude to conduct himself in that manner. Total lack of customer service or courtesy. It is very sad when people act like that.
My prescription was ready. All he had to do was process my credit card for the couple bucks that was owed and hand me the prescription. I will be using the Walgreens across the parking lot moving forward, even though my prescriptions will be a bit more expensive.

The drive-through is always closed, they never answer the phone, and they never respond to voice mail. It is nightmare getting my regularly scheduled prescriptions. Do not use this pharmacy unless you're okay with having to call CVS corporate customer service just get get your regular refills.

I had written a review but not really sure where it went. LOVE this pharmacy, they have caught so many discrepancies from my multiple doctor’s offices, I truly feel like they saved my life more than once! Shout out to Matthew, thank you for all you do for me and my family, haters gonna hate I guess. Customers (and maybe even pharmacists) have bad days, but you deserve respect all day EVERY day! Keep doing what you’re doing!

I looked all over for a way to provide feedback to a higher up at CVS about Matthew. I would still like to do that because the attitude and treatment I received from him is absolutely unacceptable. Rude, condescending, inaccurate and unnecessary. He tried to tell me I hadn't called to leave a message on the ridiculous system they now have for questions because "he didn't get a message from me and he listens to all of them". I tried to tell him I had called three times that day but he kept telling me I hadn't! I ended up asking him if he wanted to see my call log and he just muttered something and turned away from me to talk with someone else while I was still speaking.
This was just the last example of several rude interactions!

The pharmacist (Matthew) was exceptionally rude and was acting as cashier during my visit. He did not greet me and attempted to skip over me in line. When I stated that, I was next, he refused to help me unless I got off the telephone. I paused my conversation and put my telephone in my purse, he insisted that I disconnect completely. I’m a customer service professional and would have disconnected the call once I was acknowledged, I never had an opportunity to manage my call because he decided to skip me w/o a word.
