“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!”

“This is no different than any other Aldi. You can expect great prices, and like every other Aldi, this one seems to stock stuff that others don't. If you come here late, don't expect to find what you need, especially if you are looking for meat.They've converted many of the checkout lanes into self checkout, and many times, they have 0-1 employees up there.I'm not sure what they are doing to comply with Alcohol laws. Today, I purchased a bottle of wine, and it didn't make me wait for an employee to card me.”

Things are usually in stock when other stores are out. The physical condition of the store, inside and out, is well kept and attractive. Any time I've needed assistance, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rewards program is great. The ready-to-eat meals offer a great variety and quality. I can honestly say I've never had a bad shopping experience at Dierberg's and although shopping in general is often a chore, coming to Dierberg's is a pleasant experience.”
