One of the WORST customer experiences I could ever imagine. Tiffany (store manager) and the couple rude cashiers I encountered should be ashamed of themselves. Completely unwilling to help, smug and discriminatory against me due to my age (23 years old). I bought apple AirPods form the location in ballwin, mo. Didn't use didn't open the box and went to return days later. When I returned, I was told the serial number on my purchase didn't correspond with the serial number in the box and there was nothing they could do to help. This was clearly incorrect as I never owned AirPods before and returned the AirPods in the exact same box, case, condition etc. I was told to call corporate and Tiffany gave me the incorrect phone number to begin this process. After a lengthy chat with a lovely, helpful customer service escalation agent, I confirmed the information I had was correct and the return should be valid (the agent had no idea why this return would've been denied) I kept the customer escalation agent on the phone and drove back to the target store. Immediately as I walked in, the rude cashier who i had worked with earlier, said she could not speak to me or the customer service agent and refused to help. I asked for the manager Tiffany who was still rude, smug and accusatory that I was making an improper return. Tiffany was unwilling to help until she realized I had escalated this to the corporate office. Suddenly as soon as corporate was on the phone and telling Tiffany this return should be valid, the "tech error" and serial number issue was miraculously fixed and a refund was processed. Never once was I apologized to or given a reason why this "error" occurred. Nobody acknowledged the inconvenience this caused me. Wasted hours and hours of my day to simply return a product exactly as I was instructed. Avoid this store at all costs and take your business elsewhere. Target should be ashamed to employ people like Tiffany and the other cashiers I encountered.

I went there to shop. The cashier was sneezing and coughing in her hands as she completed my sales. I cleaned my hands as I left the store. I couldn't put the things in the truck, so I put them on my back seat after I sprayed the bag. The next day I took ALLLLLL of the bags back and everything I bought. I left everything in my car. I can't afford to be sick with anything! Of course I sprayed my back seat and car with Lysol. I'll use more stuff tomorrow. If you're ill, stay home!!!!!!! Stop germ/virus-sharing!! Please consider other people!!!!!

I was thrilled to see the refrigerated sections pretty well stocked given that yesterday the Town & County store refrigerated sections were completely barren. Also, the items in stationery were stocked well and very organized. My favorite Target !

My first visit at this Target location was this past Saturday while I was out running errands. The set-up is different than most locations. The store is clean, neat and organized. I like this location because they had a good variety of items and the shelves were stocked fairly well. I was able to obtain all my items except bottled water. This location, like many others is experiencing a shortage of water and various food items amongst things. even with that being said, again I state, this location is well stocked. The parking is ample and the the store wasn't crowded even though the parking lot was. The checkout's weren't over crowded and backed-up, matter of fact there were hardly any lines and when a line did form, they were short and moved swiftly.

I love target but this target ..not sure what is happening. They do not restock their items fast enough. They are always out of everything. It's even starting to look a little unorganized. Skip this target and head to Town and Country. It might be a little farther but worth it.

We^re here for you? Hardly. I was in the BALLWIN store yesterday and a customer was there without a mask. When I asked a young employee if they remind customers in St Louis county it is required to wear a mask, she told me they're not allowed to say anything. That directive, she added, has to come from the corporate office. When I called the store this morning, no one answers in customer service. Target is completely reckless with regard to concern for public health. Shop Walmart. At least there you can't enter without a mask.

I like the products that they offer at Target, store is very clean. but the selection isn't quite there, and the prices are a little bit high.

An oldie but goodie. However, I'm bummed that you took away the Jamba Juice. I still remember when you used to sell cotton candy. I vote to bring that back!!! And Hubba Bubba gum.
