I went for the first time today. I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of the vacuums and the car wash. I just got the basic wash, but my car hasn't looked this good in years. The employees could not have been nicer. The only negative is that it is VERY difficult to exit the property.Service: Vacuuming

I picked the wash that included wheels. The wheels were terrible after wash. They need a "person" to clean the wheels. Machines don't cut it. I called in effort to advise. They hung up on me. All I wanted was the 3 bucks refunded because they didn't provide satisfactory service

Ive taken my car here 3 times. Not once has it ever come out clean. Theres always something left behind on the back or the hood. Wont be back.Free vacuums are nice.

Good enough to get the job done over time. They do not pre-powerwash your vehicle if it is particularly dirty, unlike some locations.Time will tell what this does to my clear coat

Nice car wash, and the little detail kit at the end that cost $3 is worth it. I like the parallel escalator instead of rollers when my vehicle goes through a car wash because it does not j*** you around like the ones with rollers. The conveyor system is very smooth while riding through car wash

Overall, it’s a nice new automatic car wash. Everybody is friendly and I like the belt drive technology, it does not scratch the wheels. They also automatically recognize your license plate so you don’t have to deal with RF ID readers.Here’s the deal most new facilities recycle their water, and I am definitely suspect of this at Tommy’s because of the smell of the water. Recycled water is very caustic. It does serious damage to automobile trim over relatively short period of time if you wash them a lot. Things like shiny chrome turning dull or black coating coming off window trim. But you’ll also find that most tunnel style automated car washes around Manchester Road use recycled water because it’s a major trend in this industry at the car owners expense.

The Tommy's Car Wash in Ballwin started as a good experience for the first year of being a member. Then the wash did damage to the rear driver-side door. I brought it to their attention. They documented it with pictures and took my information. A week went by and I hadn't heard from anyone. I stopped back in and was told someone would contact me later that day. That has been a couple of weeks now without a call. They have no interest in making good on this. I wouldn't suggest this car wash to anyone.

It's fine; close to home so it's convenient.**Update 1/10, in response to the owner: I'll preface this by saying these issues are endemic to most places that have machines washing the cars, so it's not singling out your business.I always purchase the most expensive wash when I go through your wash and it's adequate for my needs but not really thorough. Under door handles, wheels, and the deeper layers of dirt are still there. And there's never enough heat or time for the blowers to completely dry my car, regardless of the weather.Again, it's not just your tunnel, it's everyone's. Yours is better than others at near the same price point, and it's very close to home. Hence the four stars. I don't understand the little plastic sheath on the rear wiper, though...?
