I went in for information on getting a hitch installed. They scheduled me for several days later. When I went in for the installation appt, they didn’t have the hitch in stock. They said that they'd order it and contact me. They ordered it but didn't contact me when it came in.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I spoke to these folks on the phone who said they would need a wiring harness from the dealer to install the hitch and wiring on my Mercedes SUV. I bought the part from the dealer and brought the part and vehicle by U-Haul the week before my scheduled install. Two employees looked at the harness and concluded they could use it for the install on my vehicle. A week later I drop off the vehicle and drive 30 minutes home. Two hours later U-Haul calls me and state they can't use the electrical harness. "We can't do anything with this...". Total waste of my time and resources. Will never do business with them. The manager did apologize for their incompetence so maybe that earns the 1 star.

Came in with a trailer wiring issue. The guys troubleshoot my wiring and module and offered lots of support with replacing it. They were very friendly and helpful. Also, gave a good price on the replacement module.

I have been sitting here for about 30 minutes now, I know I am the idiot for waiting so long, but I need propane. The guy has been with the same customer the whole time. No I'll be right with you or I'm sorry it is taking so long, not even a look. What he hell. How long does it take to rent a truck? I should leave, but I need the propane and don't know where else to go that's open. I will never come here again.
