I never write reviews but really felt I needed to write this one. We have to drive 50 miles to this UPS store to return any thing we order from Amazon. This is probably my 6th trip in 6 months. I have always had excellent service no matter how busy they are. They have to hold my hand it seems for every return. They are so nice and always seem willing to help and help me to learn. What a joy to go into this store! Wish every store I shopped was like this. Drew you are the Greatest.

The people here are not the most helpful. I brought in an Amazon return today and the small box broke and needed tape. I asked if he could tape it and he refused. It literally needed 2 pieces of tape. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I prefer the friendlier people at the UPS in Wildwood.

Drew is a super employee! Genuinely had an incredible experience doing something as mundane as mailing packages. I had to stop my to-dos for a sec and write a review for this guy. I wish I was that enthusiastic about work/life on a daily basis. Either that or he just secretly won the lottery and is waiting for his shift to end to cash the ticket. Either way give Drew a promotion. 10/10, 5-Stars, highly recommend. Thanks Drew!

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS store and will not be returning. I left feeling upset and frustrated due to the unhelpful and dismissive attitude of the staff. The woman assisting me had an unfriendly expression throughout the interaction, as if she was annoyed, which completely ruined my experience. Although they appeared polite on the surface, their actions told a different story. She avoided eye contact and repeatedly insisted that I use the self-service machine instead of helping me with packing or shipping. I had initially chosen to use the machine because of a previous unpleasant interaction with another staff member, but when the machine stopped working, I had no choice but to ask for assistance. It was clear that she was reluctant to help, and the entire process felt unnecessarily difficult. To be treated like this during the holiday season was especially disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome and upset.
