I visited the usps office on 06/16/2025 at 05:45 pm regarding my letter, I talk to manger but his response is very poor he didn’t not check the system and told me that I don’t know about this letter, request the authorities took an action against him or Change his location.

In period of two weeks, for zip 63011, four reportable occurrences!
Two separate package deliveries show delivered online to my address, yet no items were ever found.
Another other incident was placing a neighbors medication in MY mailbox. Fortunately, I am honest and returned it to her.
Lastly, two packages for a neighboring address were left at my front door.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
If there is a new driver on this route, please remove and replace the person.
How difficult is it to read an address and deliver accordingly?
WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE MALFUNCTIONING AT THE BALLWIN, MO POST OFFICE?
This complaint needs to be resolved.
It will be escalated.
Please do not advise to call the missing packing customer service line.
Tried that once and the guy acted and spoke as if he was high all day.
Also, I have checked with the neighbors.
If I need to show up at the local branch, I will.
I hope it does not come to that.
Please reply to this post with the name and email of a local supervisor that will address these missing and/or stolen items.

Yet again a very important package tracks arrived at ballwin post office at 6 am yesterday and now says moving through network to next facility while another package arrived there at 10 am yesterday and and that is now out for delivery today. I called and the lady told me that 'it's possible your package is here but the packages haven't been sorted so you can't come pick it up.' Possible it's there? Your system says it's there. Did you even run my tracking number. I've had so many issues with things getting there and then something goes wrong. And they somehow seem to know to lose the really important stuff rather than the ones that can wait. They don't make any effort at customer service.

I want to know why a t shirt i bought and was set to be delivered on the 1st is being processed 2 times when it's already been in the ballwin post office already and should've been delivered we aren't the south this is the midwest

I don't quite understand why any package i've had delivered through usps can travel through multiple facilities all around the country without issues, but every time it arrives here... where it should be delivered to my home from... they always seem to end up in fricken limbo or get shipped AWAY from their intended destination!?!? Make it make sense for me PLEASE!? Is there a way I can direct my packages to never go through this facility?

If I'd have known my package was going to sit at your facility for two days, I would have come and gotten it myself. Mere minutes from my home, yet now it will somehow arrive too late for its intended purpose. Now it's 'in transit to next facility'. WHAT next facility? The next destination has historically been....MY HOUSE!
Update: You sent it to.....Florissant of all places. For WHAT REASON? Pure stupidity would be my first guess. Now I have the privilege of sitting around waiting and wondering if someone is going to steal it.
Update 2: My package has now made it's way to South Dakota. Truly astonishing levels of ineptitude. I really hope the time it takes to reach me doesn't elapse the allotted return time. I refuse to be out of money just because you're a bunch of failures.

Ryan was AMAZING ! I went to the chesterfield location first and their staff was telling me to go to the bank and Walgreens for my passport fee money order and passport photo. When I got to Ballwin, Ryan went over my passport application and helped me with all my paperwork and got my picture taken within minutes!!

I went to get my passport renewed, made an appointment, and got in even earlier than my appointment time! Greg was super helpful and fast and took care of everything. Don’t go in thinking you will get a last minute appointment without a long wait, just go online and make one ahead of time, I was able to make one the day before. Thanks a bunch, Greg!!

RUDE WORKERS! The place is clean, but some of the staff members are very rude and unfriendly. There is no organization with there lines. HORRIBLE!
