I bought a new iPhone 15 online from Verizon. This us a purchase where someone from Asurion comes out to your house to deliver and setup the new phone. As luck would have it, Verizon was having an outage when we attempted to activate the phone and it did not work.. I was told the phone would likely start working by the next morning.
Unfortunately, it was not working the next day so I decided to take it and the old iPhone to the Verizon/Cellular Sales Store in Ballwin. A sales associate Matt Karis enthusiastically tackled my problem. He quickly determined that my account was “hung” because of the attempted activation during the outage. Matt skillfully untangled the issue with Verizon tech support and got the account unhung.
Because it was an online purchase, it would have been valid for him to send me on my way to transfer the data between the old and new phones at home on my own. Instead, he demonstrated great customer service by volunteering to do the data transfer in the store where he could monitor it and address any subsequent issues if necessary. I was greatly relieved when he performed the nerve wracking procedure without any problems!
Matt also took the time to compile a list of current Verizon discounts and offers for me. Another associate Brian showed impressive depth of knowledge explaining some of the complex Verizon discount interdependencies.
I highly recommend this store and Matt and Brian in particular for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise. I greatly appreciated their positive spirit of helpfulness and care.

THE most awful , apathetic Customer Service experience I’ve had in 30 years anywhere . One person working the whole store. No other colleagues to help him. No manager on staff for oversight. It’s obvious they’re trying to push everyone to online, but if they’re going to have a physical store , run it professionally . I ordered three new devices for $4000 and nobody gave a darn. You’ll get better service at White Castle or McDonald’s when you spend 10 bucks. I will take my eight year relationship elsewhere. I’d rather get a root canal than go to this location.

Let me start out by saying Andrew was the most helpful person I’ve ever worked with at a phone store. We laughed, we bonded, we shared interests all within the hour we worked on getting me a new phone. I know some of you may say “an hour is too long for me to spend at a store” and I’ll tell you it would’ve been way less than that if the phone I got updated faster. It was so simple and easy to get a new upgrade. I joked about if they had any freebies since I felt like we were friends now and Andrew got me a free iPad to go along with my plan. 5 stars everyday of the week. Quick, simple, and above and beyond what I expected when I walked in

Do not shop here and really consider buying through another provider. All these Verizon stores like to act buddy buddy and tell you you can buy through them and they can take care of issues when they come up. They don’t. They outsource a lot of their issues to other companies and still charge you to do work on your phone when other companies have already floated the bill. Not to mention they’re mostly all “individually owned” so if you buy something in one place chances are other “individual owners” won’t help you cause they have no association with the other store even though they both have the Verizon name plastered all over their stores. What a joke of a company and what a joke of a store.

I switched to Verizon back in October and have had nothing but problems. The sales associate, Rick I think, might be the dumbest sales rep I have ever worked with. He had nothing but lies. But i guess that's what weak sale reps do. They have to lie to make a sale. I was told I would get $200 for each line I switched to Verizon. I only got $200 because he did not process properly. I was told i get a discount for auto pay. Nope... He didn't process that properly either. Had to get on the phone with customer service 2 times for over an hour to fix that mess. Was told I would not have activation fess. Nope over $700 in fees. Another call to CS and they only gave me $120 credit. Switching to Verizon was a huge mistake, at least doing it in this office.

Customer service here is terrible. One of the associates tried to charge me $20 for a SIM card because one of our phones is malfunctioning. When I questioned why we’d have to pay when the phone was still under warranty and protection, he told me to go to a corporate location and very vaguely told me where I might be able to find one. This guy was absolutely no help whatsoever and this experience made me question why I even use Verizon as my cell carrier.

Verizon Wireless' cell service aside, the service at these third-party locations is subpar. Their salespeople bounce around from store to store and are hard to get a hold of and no one else in the store can be of service. There is no manager to provide higher-level access or service. If you are in the market for a Samsung phone, just buy it directly from Samsung's website. Samsung has the same prices, they will ship directly to your home, they will answer the phone, and you can get your multiple orders as soon as each becomes available, instead of having to wait until every item is on-hand. Samsung provides free shipping and return shipping of any trade-in.And best yet, you don't have to deal with Manchester traffic.

Went here to get a new line. I was approved. Then he was requiring me to add things to my plan and extras I wasnt interested in. He collected my social and then he says I was approved. When it came to adding the extras i declined. It was around close and I just feel like he didn't want to complete the activation without extras. Then he asked me to leave in a very aggressive way. He told me I had to come back tomorrow. I felt he refused my business and asked me to leave because he wanted to go home. They chose at 7 and I came in at 630. I they looked mad when I came in. I was a new customer. I was excited to get a new line. He was very aggressive I felt threatened. I hope the owner gets to watch the video. Money and activations walking out the door to another Verizon store. Very prejudice workers.

Avoid this location! We worked with Cidney and she was horrible throughout our entire experience. She never answered her phone when we had questions, and when I called the store and she answered, she left me on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up on my own. My husband switched from AT&T and got the iPad/iPhone/Apple Watch promo deal and I just got a new Apple Watch and iPhone. She had to order our watches because they weren’t in stock and she failed to order my husband’s and now they are out of stock everywhere. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon Customer Service trying to get his watch because of Cidney’s mistake. She is a horrible salesperson!

On November 28 we visited the store because my wife was having difficulty with her Samsung android phone. Nick Stewart waited on us, and solved her problem quickly and courteously. In the process he answered my questions about upgrading to a 5G home wifi, and now we are happily online through our new 5G wifi. Mr Sewart couldn't have been nicer and we appreciate his patience and courtesy with us "senior citizens."
