Verizon Wireless' cell service aside, the service at these third-party locations is subpar. Their salespeople bounce around from store to store and are hard to get a hold of and no one else in the store can be of service. There is no manager to provide higher-level access or service. If you are in the market for a Samsung phone, just buy it directly from Samsung's website. Samsung has the same prices, they will ship directly to your home, they will answer the phone, and you can get your multiple orders as soon as each becomes available, instead of having to wait until every item is on-hand. Samsung provides free shipping and return shipping of any trade-in.And best yet, you don't have to deal with Manchester traffic.

Went here to get a new line. I was approved. Then he was requiring me to add things to my plan and extras I wasnt interested in. He collected my social and then he says I was approved. When it came to adding the extras i declined. It was around close and I just feel like he didn't want to complete the activation without extras. Then he asked me to leave in a very aggressive way. He told me I had to come back tomorrow. I felt he refused my business and asked me to leave because he wanted to go home. They chose at 7 and I came in at 630. I they looked mad when I came in. I was a new customer. I was excited to get a new line. He was very aggressive I felt threatened. I hope the owner gets to watch the video. Money and activations walking out the door to another Verizon store. Very prejudice workers.

Avoid this location! We worked with Cidney and she was horrible throughout our entire experience. She never answered her phone when we had questions, and when I called the store and she answered, she left me on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up on my own. My husband switched from AT&T and got the iPad/iPhone/Apple Watch promo deal and I just got a new Apple Watch and iPhone. She had to order our watches because they weren’t in stock and she failed to order my husband’s and now they are out of stock everywhere. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon Customer Service trying to get his watch because of Cidney’s mistake. She is a horrible salesperson!

Called thos store to inquire about starting new line, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Never again. Avoid this store!

On November 28 we visited the store because my wife was having difficulty with her Samsung android phone. Nick Stewart waited on us, and solved her problem quickly and courteously. In the process he answered my questions about upgrading to a 5G home wifi, and now we are happily online through our new 5G wifi. Mr Sewart couldn't have been nicer and we appreciate his patience and courtesy with us "senior citizens."

I visited the Ballwin Verizon store 5 weeks ago to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro Max. My sales person, Amanda P. was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The phone I desired had to be ordered. Amanda kept me informed about the order at every step of the way. When the phone arrived, she called and I went into the store again. Amanda was so helpful in closing out the sale and with the set up of the new phone. She is a pleasure to work with and an asset to the store.

I got a new iPhone earlier this week which is an upgrade from an older phone. I tried transferring the cell service from my old phone to the new one, but there was an issue. So I took the old and new phone to the Verizon store and Jared Massey welcomed me very kindly to the store and asked how he could help. I told him I had issues transferring my cell service to the new phone and he said he would gladly help me with that.Unfortunately it turned out to be much more difficult than it needed to be. There was some mysterious pending order on our account. Since Jared was unable to remove the pending order from his system we had to call in to Verizon Support. They were very helpful along with Jared but still it was difficult to get rid of that pending order.The store closes at 7 PM on Saturdays but Jared offered to stay longer to try to resolve the issue. Only because everyone was so friendly did I not get impatient and at around 7:20 PM we successfully got rid of the pending order and Jared was able to get my new iPhone working with cell service.Just wanted to share this amazing experience and a shining example of great customer service!Thanks Verizon and Jared! We'll be loyal customers from here on out with such amazing and friendly staff!

My wife and I stopped by because my iPhone wasn't charging, and met with Cidney. Not only did she figure the issue out and fix it quickly, she notified us we were eligible for upgrades at substantial discounts and saved us a lot of money on the iPhone 14. She also saved us a lot of money on our monthly bill by updating the account. I've been a Verizon customer for a long time, and this is the best location I've worked with. Cidney really knows her stuff!

I just had the best experience here. I initially went to a different location and the guy there was so rude, so I got to this location as quickly as a could and I made it there five minutes before closing. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that helped me, but he humored me and pretended I wasn’t being a complete pain by showing up five minutes before closing asking for a new phone for my husband, whose phone had an unfortunate floating mishap. He got me in and out as quickly as possible even with all the IT glitches we were experiencing, and was incredibly kind and patient in the process. Thank you for helping when another location refused to!

My wife and I wanted to upgrade phones and our fine mustachioed salesman, Conner, was great. Walked us through everything, our options and add ins that would save us more money. He was super helpful. He even went above and beyond when I had issues of my own making. Fixed it right up. Great experience. Ask for him by name or mustache.

I just left this store got there at 6:50pm was notified by NICK they closed at 7pm and not 8pm there was a customer that came at the same time with a total New set up Dylan helped them and told us we can come back tomorrow. I told them since we’re of color it’s just cool to send us in our way but sit and set up a whole new account with other customers that came in at the same time when all we were doing was adding a new line to our existing account (NEITHER ONE WAS HELPFUL) RIDICULOUS. WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER NAME THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE NONE. If someone wants to reach out to me with this matter I would definitely like to talk to someone
