I'm amazed how slow the pharmacy is. Lots of people running around. How can they be this slow???. Drive through, inside, doesn't matter- always a 30 minute wait. I've been in line tonight for 20 minutes and the same car is at the window. This will be the last time I ever use this pharmacy. SLOW is an understatement.

Avoid the drive thru as they let customers handle transactions or tests that mean you're stuck in a line with no escape for 30 minutes. One car should not be allowed to sit at the window for 30 minutes. Have them come in. Ridiculous!

Well run pharmacy: friendly efficient personnel get to know you personally and call you by name. Have never had a problem unless it is something out their control such as a supply chain or Bidenomics issue.

Ummm... :| I had just called this store to ask about returning a quart of milk that I purchased only 2 days ago. We just opened it last night and it was already going sour. The manager was on the phone and said - repeatedly, "I mean, well, I don't know. I guess?" and repeated that talk twice. As if asking me and not sure what the answer was. This is supposed to be the manager. OMGoodness! Customer service is lacking badly in all areas of retail. I understand this is milk and I should have paid closer attention to the expiration date because it was a less than 48 hour window expiration. I only grabbed it as it was convenient. I'm not overly concerned about actually returning it. My point is the behavior and response from the women on the phone that claimed to be the manager. Do they not have return policies to follow? Does she make things up as it pleases her? Hmmm... Yes, I'm being a bit sarcastic but honestly, she should surely know what is allowed or not.

Pharmacy closed before 7:30 pm on Friday night - hours of operation posted on the pharmacy window and on the website are until 9 pm. I’m done with you Walgreens! It’s you not me?

Worst Walgreens ever! The pharmacy will take days to get to your prescription. My son needed his meds and I explained that to them. We had dropped off the medication at 3 in the afternoon by the evening when I went to get it it wasn't ready so unfortunately I went back in the morning to get it and still not filled. The pharmacy manager Katt was rude and lazy. Yelled at me and said they are short staffed. A curtesy call would have been nice so I could have gone else where for my prescription my son needed to badly. I will never be back to This location and I will advice others to not go as well

The pharmacy was a disorganized mess. No one had one specific job to do. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off and bumping into each other. Getting a Covid booster was a nightmare. I just hope I received the correct shot!

Purchased two gift cards both on my receipt. However only one was put into my bag. Luckily I checked it as I was walking to my car. Went back to get the other gift card that was on the counter under some add papers. If I'd left I'd be out the $25 that was on an active Home Depot gift card. How would I ever prove I didn't have it? Please make sure that if ringing up and activating gift cards you are putting them in the bags. Also the Home Depot item was the first item on the receipt so how was it not placed in my bag?
