This is hands down the worst pharmacy! If I could give a 0 I would they are rude, unprofessional and don't know what true customer service is. They really should be shut down. They don't care if your kids sick and they need their meds asap. Nope wait till tomorrow to pick up UNBELIEVABLE!

As others have written, this pharmacy is a mess. The people are rude and they never have some of my regular scripts in stock. Avoid unless you want a headache and need to be treated badly

Pharmacy is a disaster. Rude and angry. They act like they are doctors even though they are common pill pushers. If I could give negative stars, I would. When did pharmacists start thinking they know better than the doctor/patient relationship. Last time I will be filling my scripts here and last time ever at a Walgreens.

Came in yesterday. Wanted to buy 2 Xmas gnomes that were buy one get one half off. The inept cashier we waited 7 minutes for to show up at cash register rang me up & it didn't ring up right. He told me I DIDN'T TELL HIM THEY WERE ON SALE so since he had already rang me up(before I paid) it was to late to get sale price. Say what? I made him refund my money immediately which he struggled to do & tried telling me they weren't returnable merchandise. You lost a sale & a customer.

Pharmacy service has been extremely bad lately. So many bad experiences and to summarize it, I would say - No responsibility/communication, no value for other's time, no sense of urgency, no professionalism to say the least!!

Walgreens, 16195 Manchester. Called to refill perscriptions. Gave my refill info for three drugs to the automated attendent. When completed, I was told that the order could not be completed, call back. Called back to try again, was put on hold for 28 minutes before a real person was able to answeer the call. Not acceptable service!

I came through the pharmacy drive through to pick up medication I had been waiting ALL day for. I felt sick and uncomfortable. There was confusion with insurance and who to bill and Jason (the pharmacist) was SO BEYOND KIND. He worked with me and stayed patient as we figured everything out. He is so good at his job and customer service. I am not the kind of person to get upset at workers for a situation out of everyones control but had I been, he was de-escalating the situation with such kindness and humility. He validated my feelings and problem solved quickly. I was crying because I felt sick and just needed the medicine and he made a sticky situation easier to go through. Thank you Jason for being so kind and patient!! I hope you always find matching socks and that your pillow is cool on both sides every night!

The pharmacy is terrible! Third experience in a row that it takes 4-5 hours to receive an antibiotic! I miss Schnuck's pharmacy it was always ready in 15-20 minutes after I arrived (directly from the doctors office). My script was placed at 3 pm... I called to get an estimated time and was told 630. I show up at 720 after five minutes of searching I was told it's still not ready and to come back in 30 minutes. I get they are busy but 5 hours for an antibiotic!? It was for my 1 year old, so unfortunately he had to go to bed without his first dose. I will not be using them in the near future. Hire more staff!

Just visited the pharmacy and they did not have the medication my daughter needed. As I asked does another store have it a voice from the back of the pharmacy yelled "Good luck with that!" They were not helpful in finding a solution and gave me the feeling that I was a problem they didn't want. I won't be visiting this store moving forward.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! its close to my work so the location is so convenient but the staff in the pharmacy just straight up does not care. I worked at a walgreens during the pandemic and I understand the pharmacy can get busy but when I wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes (I'm the ONLY car and no one was at the counter inside) without even being acknowledged is unbelievable. There were 4 staff members back there! Thankful for the reminder as to why I use any walgreens other than this one. What a joke

Switching my RX this pharmacy doesn’t deserve my business. I reorder one of my medication like a week ago it’s always out of stock and they don’t even bother to try to get the medication or make any efforts to get it to me. Only when I go to the store they call in other Walgreens to see if they have stock and have me drive 10 miles to get it on the day I am supposed to take it. Like why would you not do that before and wait until I ask about it! And this happened not just once but multiple times.
