Unfortunately, I cannot reduce this review to zero stars. Furthermore, what is also unfortunate to the entirety of the human race, is that this store exists in the first place.Been coming here for years for gifting odds and ends. They have seemed to struggle keeping employees and managers. Zach is kind and competent, the pharmacy staff are friendly (I get my scripts elsewhere, but they're helpful if I have an OTC question), but there's clearly some issues with staffing. Two cashiers, Deven and Ryan, are always on their phones, sometimes with wireless earbuds. There are also times I've overheard discussions about things that have zero place in the workplace, much less a sales floor, from the above named to other workers like Rubend and Katya. The store will be in shambles, with empty shelves, empty coolers, and they're too busy talking to work.Disgusting to observe this behavior in a place of business and to overhear such inappropriate conversations while I'm shopping.I caution everyone to avoid this location and go elsewhere. You should come here only if you're looking for disappointment.

I get excellent service from the pharmacy at this Walgreens, which is my neighborhood drug store. The pharmacist, Mike, and an assistant, Kathy, even know me by name. I appreciate the extra steps taken to make sure that my medications are compatible, and filled on time. Thank you all for taking care of me in my senior years.

I went into the store this afternoon to purchase some over the counter medication because I wasn't feeling well and a sympathy card for an employee that lost a loved one. I always come into the store and pick up items after work. Everytime that I come in, I am asked by the same assistant manager if I need help. I always respond no and today, just like every time he continues to follow me around the store. I am not sure if he isn't used to working around people of color, but my shopping experience is always ruined when this individual is working at the store because he makes it uncomfortable for me to shop. Fed up and not feeling well, after I left, I called to speak to the store manager. He promised that he would speak to his assistant. I worked for Walgreens as a manager so i know the protocol for a shoplifter, and I knew what he was doing. You can't make assumptions about people because of race. Hopefully my next shopping experience is better.

I purchased a buy one get one 50% off deal online for pick up.When I picked up only one of the items was in the bag. They said probably because they were out. I checked and they were out, but the item charged outside the deal was almost twice as much as the price at Target. The cashier said they could give me the item for 25% off but she needed the manager to approve. The deal wasn’t coming up as a store deal even though I showed them the walgreens app with the deal listed. The manager refused to adjust the price in any way and said she couldn’t do anything, as if I have no idea what a manager is able to do.So basically she wasn’t willing to price match their own online deal.I will not be returning to this walgreens. I will continue to go to the one 3 minutes down the road.

Got a text msg saying the medication is ready, I drove to there only to be told that it was delayed and this was 3 hours after the scheduled pick up time. I didn’t get any notification saying it was delayed. Besides this they don’t treat their customers nicely. I guess that’s why they have such a low rating and not have a lot of customers. Will not be coming back here.

My son needed an antibiotic that was out of stock elsewhere. I was advised to call this Walgreens and hit the customer service jackpot when I spoke with Mike in the pharmacy. Helpful, kind, patient and communicative, he was the reason my entire day didn't go sour trying to get this script filled. Years ago, we switched from Walgreens but he's enough of a reason to return. He made a point to call me personally when it was ready and I just found his entire approach to be pretty special. Nicely done, Mike! Thank you!

Expect a loooong wait every time. When I say long I’m mean like 20 minutes or more. The drive through is alway 6 cars deep. The inside line is no better. I’m continually amazed at how long it takes. I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes and the same car is at the window. They couldn’t be any slower if they tried. Never again will I come here. Ever

I'm amazed how slow the pharmacy is. Lots of people running around. How can they be this slow???. Drive through, inside, doesn't matter- always a 30 minute wait. I've been in line tonight for 20 minutes and the same car is at the window. This will be the last time I ever use this pharmacy. SLOW is an understatement.

Avoid the drive thru as they let customers handle transactions or tests that mean you're stuck in a line with no escape for 30 minutes. One car should not be allowed to sit at the window for 30 minutes. Have them come in. Ridiculous!

Well run pharmacy: friendly efficient personnel get to know you personally and call you by name. Have never had a problem unless it is something out their control such as a supply chain or Bidenomics issue.

Ummm... :| I had just called this store to ask about returning a quart of milk that I purchased only 2 days ago. We just opened it last night and it was already going sour. The manager was on the phone and said - repeatedly, "I mean, well, I don't know. I guess?" and repeated that talk twice. As if asking me and not sure what the answer was. This is supposed to be the manager. OMGoodness! Customer service is lacking badly in all areas of retail. I understand this is milk and I should have paid closer attention to the expiration date because it was a less than 48 hour window expiration. I only grabbed it as it was convenient. I'm not overly concerned about actually returning it. My point is the behavior and response from the women on the phone that claimed to be the manager. Do they not have return policies to follow? Does she make things up as it pleases her? Hmmm... Yes, I'm being a bit sarcastic but honestly, she should surely know what is allowed or not.
