Love this store! They had something delivered to me, from a somewhat far away store, and it was not a pricey item (meaning, they went to a lot of trouble for a low profit margin). Always so helpful, they sell Stihl products, and the Green Egg! Very happy they moved into our neighborhood!

I recently purchased a Weber grill from Ace Hardware, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a frustrating attempt to buy the same grill at a large box store, I was pleasantly surprised by how different and much better my experience was at Ace.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions. I felt valued as a customer, which was a refreshing change from my previous experience.
The best part? They offered delivery right to my house! The delivery was prompt and hassle-free, and the team even helped set up the grill in my backyard. I truly appreciate the level of service and care they provided throughout the entire process.
If you're in the market for a grill or any other outdoor equipment, I highly recommend visiting Ace Hardware. They have earned my loyalty, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thank you, Ace, for making my grilling dreams come true!

Went into Ace Hardware in a rush after our car wouldn’t start before work, and we needed jumper cables ASAP. Frustrated with how the morning was going, we walked in expecting a quick in-and-out trip—but what we didn’t expect was how much the staff would turn our day around. The four employees opening that morning radiated such positive energy that it instantly lifted our mood. Not only did they lead us straight to what we needed, but their kindness and enthusiasm made us appreciate the minor inconvenience rather than stress over it. Outstanding customer service and a reminder that even a rough morning can take a turn for the better. Highly recommend this location for the atmosphere alone.

I was at the store approximately 30 minutes before closing and store staff, including the cashier, Riley S., was beginning to clean the store. As soon as I approached the check-out station, Riley S. immediately stopped cleaning the floor and quickly walked over to process my purchase. I was greeted warmly and was assisted efficiently. She did a great job.
