"As a veterinarian, I have had the privilege of working closely with the Wildlife Rescue Center team on numerous occasions, and I must commend their exceptional dedication and expertise in caring for wildlife. The team consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of many native species, providing meticulous medical attention and rehabilitation services.Their commitment to wildlife conservation is evident in their tireless efforts to rehabilitate injured and orphaned animals. The facilities are well-equipped, ensuring the health and welfare of the animals in their care. I have witnessed firsthand the team's compassionate approach, not only in treating injuries but also in creating environments that promote healing and minimize stress. The collaboration between veterinary professionals and the Wildlife Rescue Center team has been seamless, fostering an environment of mutual respect and a shared goal of releasing rehabilitated animals back into their natural habitats. In my professional opinion, the Wildlife Rescue Center stands out as an exemplary organization, consistently delivering high-quality care and making a substantial impact on the well-being of our local wildlife population."

I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Wildlife Rescue Center recently, and I am absolutely amazed by the work they do. The dedication and passion of the staff towards the well-being of the animals are truly commendable. The Center's commitment to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing injured and orphaned wildlife is evident in every aspect of their operation. The facilities and grounds are well maintained, providing a safe, quiet, and nurturing environment for the animals in care. The knowledgeable staff members go above and beyond to ensure each wild patient receives the specialized care required for its unique situation. One thing that stood out to me was the educational component of the Center. The staff takes the time to educate visitors about wildlife-human interactions and the impact each person can have on preserving our natural world. It's not just a rehabilitation center; it's a place that inspires awareness and responsible action.Overall, my visit left me inspired and grateful for the vital work being done at the Wildlife Rescue Center. I wholeheartedly recommend this center to anyone seeking help with a wild animal, interested in supporting wildlife conservation, or simply wanting to witness the positive impact that compassion and professional care can have on wildlife in need.

The Wildlife Rescue Center in Ballwin MO is hands down a first class rehab center! The staff is very knowledgeable and the volunteers are dedicated and compassionate. Working with wildlife can be extremely challenging but they have had many impressive success stories! They always act in the best interest of the animal.

This clinic is about profit. Immature and uneducated staff. If you bring baby animals in with eyes closed or under a certain weight - they euthanize. I witnessed this. They make fun of the sick wildlife in their care. Only when shamed do they take down the posts. All rehabbers in Missouri know how they operate. They take in very little considering the facility and resources they have. This place needs a mature educated executive director and staff. Their reputation is failing.. Time for an overhaul.

My daughter and I found an injured red bat, and we brought it in, and they were very helpful, informative, and honest about everything concerning the bat.

What is the point of being in business if you don’t answer the phone after 8 tries and you require appointments only? Unprofessional.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Had a baby bunny no bigger than the size of your palm can’t get ahold of no one to assist and I’ve called multiply times. And wouldn’t take him or see him due to “appointments only”. Now the little guy has passed

I'm sure these folks do good work, and I guess at least some labor if not alot is done by volunteers, which is great and valuable and worthwhile, but I've had dealings with them twice in the past 10-15 years and I've very much regretted it both times. I'm even less inclined to involve them in any future issue now than after the previous disastrous interaction. Be sure they won't give you the basic information you'd expect til it's too late. Definitely a last resort kind of deal, I'm sorry to say.

They are doing great work there. It's not for the faint of heart. It's smelly and sad. We had to have a baby racoon put down. They are very busy and work hard.
