“I was having a phone call with a desoto dollar tree and I asked if they have marijuana drug tests and she said, I don't know, and I don't have enough time to look with a very mean attitude in an aggressive voice, and I begin to say that it was a long drive for me. And she then hung up on me before I could finish talking yet. The Dollar General infestes at this location. I called them next and I asked the same exact questions and talked the same exact way and they were extremely nice to me and very, very friendly and helpful. And then when I got there, they already had the drug test sitting there, waiting for me at the counter, ready for purchase, because they knew I was coming. And they didn't have to do that, that was very nice of them complete opposite of DeSoto. These women deserve a raise. I forgot the young lady's name, but she is more than welcome to Add something to this review, because she knows who she is.Please do actually”
“We came in to buy a helium tank for my daughter's bridal shower and they were out, when I asked the cashier if she had anymore, she said we can sit up your balloons for 2.00. Got them aired up, right before my daughter got there.. Thanks for helping us out....”
“I picked up 4 bottled sodas they had on sale. A kind person with a cart full let me go ahead of them in line and the cashier is always friendly. The store is full but clean. Good to grab a quick couple things.”

Every single isle is perfectly arranged and the whole store is super clean. Highly unexpected but much appreciated. “I just had the most wonderful experience at the Dollar Tree in High Ridge. The manager Heather was extremely kind and went out of her way to help me. She went above and beyond what any employee or manager would normally do, at least in my opinion. Heather you made my day. Heather might have thought she was just doing her job but to me she was doing way more than that . I have the utmost respect and I will definitely be back to shop at this store again! You can definitely tell that the employees care about their customers”

“Cashier told me the 50% off sale had ended but she still honored all the items for me since the sign was still up and I really appreciate that a lot of places would not honor it even though the sign is posted so I liked their values and them keeping their word on prices posted regardless. I did not get all my bags and have been trying to contact store but no one answers so that was a little disappointing but I know they were stocking and actually working to put product on the floor so it’s very possible they are just away from the checkout. I believe the lady was the manager could be wrong but if I’m correct she was friendly and gave good customer service.”
“Dollar Tree stores are awesome and getting better. They offer inexpensive cute items for parties, holidays, crafts, and the list goes on and on. They have an often selection of candy and snacks. These stores rock. love the self check out that some stores in this area have.”
“Matt the assistant manager here really goes above and beyond with his customer service skills. I have asked him a couple of times for some items and he has personally walked me to the asile to show me where they are. Other employees just tell you. Not really thrilled with the twenty five cent price increase though.”
“Best employee in this store that they have had in a very long time hands down is Nichole she is always there and always friendly and helpful she definitely deserves a raise. I'm a regular everyday customer I see it there's been a few times she's been there alone. She's the only worker that doesn't make customers feel bad for using coupons even the 2 past managers have talked down on people using coupons. I probably wouldn't keep shopping here if Nichole wasn't there because everyone else is rude”

“Ladies were super nice my brother crashed his bike into mine and we fell we got to the store told them what happened and they cleaned it and bandaged us up. Super nice and cheap with snacks and drinks”
