They took the time to answer all of our questions, made the process smooth and stress-free, and ensured we got exactly what we needed. What really stood out was how respectful and appreciative they were of our military service—they offered us a generous military discount without hesitation. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and we’re grateful for how well they treated us. “I have been using A1-Locker Rental for about 10 years. The place is clean, bug free, and has a great security system in place. Today (Monday, March 4th, 2025), some reason my debit card kept getting denied. Eric, the employee for A1-Locker, answered my phone call four times each time my card getting denied. Not once did he make me feel embarrassed, never acted like I was an inconvenience. He was a really nice guy. Honestly all the employees are really nice. I just wanted to give Eric a shout-out and wanted to let him know I finally figured out the card issue. LOL”
