“This is my post office of choice whenever I need to visit one in person. I am closer to the Odessa office but vastly prefer the one in Oak Grove. The workers here are so nice and friendly and patient. They never make an issue of answering questions and always offer help. There are two ladies in particular who have always been so kind when I've come in with a problem or complicated shipment. But everyone I've interacted with has been great.
I don't think I've ever had any negative expirences here. I used to frequent Odessa but a few of the employees there were always rude. The first time I stopped at Oak Grove instead and the employee was so friendly and nice, I knew I wouldn't go back. It's been a year now, and if I need to go the the post office in person, I will go out of my way if I have to to go to this one.

They always handle my packages carefully and professionally, which gives me confidence and peace of mind every time I ship something. It’s clear they truly care about doing their job the right way and making sure customers are taken care of.
