I live in the area of this Conoco station and store. I also get gas here and buy food, snacks and soda from inside the store along with lotto tickets. I'm giving them a 1 star rating but I'd give them a 0 if I could, because I went in to the store one day to use the ATM machine to get some money and when I got through I asked the cashier if I could get change for one of the 20.00 dollar bills I got out of the ATM and she told me no, that she couldn't give me change unless I made a purchase. Well, now that really offended me because I make purchases several times a week in that store and fill up with gas from the pumps regularly. So I just left and told them I'd never be back if they couldn't give me some change as I'm a regular customer in there several times a week and make purchases all the time. I have now found a new place to get my gas and make my purchases of soda, candy bars and lotto tickets, etc. So I guess the owner of that Conoco store and gas station would rather lose a good customer, then to make change for a 20.00 dollar bill as a customer courtesy!!!

Almost always have the best gas prices in the area. And I think her name is Jo Jo that works evenings, she's very quick. I love visiting with the manager. I feel like I'm talking to one of the Swamp People, she's got the best accent. They also carry 24/7 cigarettes at the lower prices.

I don't need an ad blaring at me while I get gas. The staff are usually slow and rude.

Lady working on the evening 9/30 was completely unprofessional, treated me as if it was my fault it was busy and a long line to only look at me and tell me to hurry up.. Are you kidding me?? Unprofessional and disrespectful. It's called customer service lady and you definitely lack that.. management will be contacted tomorrow..No wonder why you don't wear a name tag.
