Never coming here again I walked in with my McDonald's coffee sat at the counter for 2 minutes while your employees were sitting in a circle talking to each other decided I wasn't going to wait because I have other things to do walked out to my car and your manager come flying out accusing me of stealing a drink from you guys. I find it hilarious she wanted to do her job when she thought I was stealing how about taking care of your customers so they don't go somewhere else and spend their money

I walked in to find there turned there Gamble machines on, and wondering why they are breaking the law looked it up to find there is a law suit against Springfield MO for fining employees. I agree the employees are not at fault, the ones at Fault are both the ones owning the gambling "No Chance" machines and the ones the ones that own/rent property that allow these machines on there property, so yes Eagle Stop Company is at fault too. I hope there business license get suspended for breaking the law.I will not do business with a company that Breaks Laws.

Stop here for lunch frequently, store seems really clean however last couple stops one employee has body odor so bad it completely ruined our appetite, and then another young girl (must be new) was continually talking about different strip clubs in town and other things that were not professional or family appropriate… this is a gas station, not a truck stop or commercial street. Your employees represent your company, do better… place has potential but at this rate it won’t last long

Never have problems here &still never have personally. However, tonight when my husband was getting a few things he witnessed something extremely upsetting. A family was waiting for their 220 dollar pay out from the slots.. which they did not have… the family was obviously in need of this money. But they were calm &collected. A silver crown Vic dangerously pulled into the parking lot putting people in danger. (Check surveillance around 6:05 &6:20) Turns out he is the assistant manager.. ouch. What a bad representation of your business. Then, proceeds to cuss &yell at these customers. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! This was such disgusting behavior. I will make sure we don’t stop here again. &I will do my part to post this experience on our neighborhood app so people will be aware of this. I hope this was just a bad seed management will protect their future customers. BIG YIKES.

The employees generally seem to be friendly, the place is cleanish and has a decent variety of snacks but no fresh deli items. There's tons of employee turnover, even before the pandemic. The big draw here is the very convenient location right off W. Republic Road and FFWest ByPass.

This is my morning stop. Super friendly employees and extremely clean. Mike knows what cigarettes I get and always suggests new products and is the fastest cashier there. I would rather stop here then anywhere else because of how I'm treated from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, this is what customer service is about!
