Within the first 5 minutes of talking to Ennis, I know this was the place to be. He answered all questions and even gave information that you didn't think about. Ennis is very patient and he doesn't pressure you or rush you, instead he lets you know how passionate he is about his job, and that he's there to make sure that you're ? percent satisfied. “I started taking my cars to Big G in the spring of 2017. He's been taking care of my cars outside of the warranty, since then. He's been honest and upfront with me, from day one. On my very first visit, I thought that I was getting ready to spend at least $500, to get my car repaired. To my surprise, I only spent $120, where another mechanic told me $400 because my water pump needed to be replaced. When Geoff looked at my car, it was a minor fix. I've had three experiences, where someone was going to rip me off. Geoff is honest, his prices are reasonable and he gives his customers warranty on the work he does on your vehicle. It's worth the trip, if you live outside of his area. He just finished working on my car in December. In times like now, it's very rare that you will find someone like him.”

“absolutely amazing business! i stay 33 mins away in spanish lake. I worked out on Chippewa one monday, and my car wouldn’t turn on after my shift at all. I didnt have money for a tow so i left it there. (yeah…i know)my car was broken into later that night and my passenger side window was completely gone. there was glass all in my car. I called Mike, he gave me instructions on what time to tow my car to him and everything. he examined everything that was wrong with my car. he kept me up to date on the process and gave me a quote for my broken window. he charged my battery up for me & he figured out what mistake i made & showed me how to fix it. absolutely amazing.him & his partner (i dont know the name) did amazing on my car. they cleaned up the glass, replaced the window, and made my car start! i was able to go home about 30 mins away with no issues, no lights. and it didn't cost me my sanity to get it repaired either. i got everything done, the same day. amazing customer service, will be back if need be!Services: Battery”

“My daughter took her car to this location and something went wrong when changing her brake fluid. She was there quite a while and the technicians couldn't of been nicer. They asked her if she was hungry etc. She ended up leaving the car overnight so they brought her home. The next day fixed the car and delivered it to us. They took such good care of my young daughter and made it right with her. I recommend this location to everyone. I wish I knew the techs. names to give them a shout out but Jonathon the manager was so helpful.”

“Rasch is FANTASTIC! My parents and grandparents have been using them for years, but this was my first experience, personally. They got me in quickly, gave me honest answers, didn’t overcharge me or try to force me to do anything that wasn’t necessary and kept me updated the whole way through (even calling to let me know there would be a delay in service due to the ice storm preventing employees from getting to work). Honestly, they ease all of the fears you have when going to the mechanic! I spoke with several people, who were all very courteous and helpful, but Dave takes the cake! He was amazing!! I’ll admit, I’ve bounced around with mechanics prior to this, but I will be using Rasch, exclusively, going forward!”

“I had some issues with my wife's wipers and of course you don't notice until it rains. I conducted a Google search and found this business. Seeing it was a small business was an additional attraction so I drove by hoping they could at least take a look at it short notice but was resigned to leaving it overnight. I was greeted walking through the door by Brandon and in the rain he took a look and diagnosed the issue. I gave him the keys and within a short period the keys were returned and the car was parked outside the door. He told me it was it a quick fix but he also understood the importance of a husband ensuring his wife is happy and safe. That type customer service and impressive soft skills are a lost art now but they turn a walk-in into a repeat customer. Heaven forbid something else goes wrong with my wife's vehicle, but if it does I know where I'm going.”

Columbus Day was the next day and it was difficult for me to find a place that was open and had what I needed at a price I could afford on the fly. They were open and they had what I needed so I could get back to work without spending a ton of money.They were fast and they picked up the phone when I called, unlike some other places.
