Within the first 5 minutes of talking to Ennis, I know this was the place to be. He answered all questions and even gave information that you didn't think about. Ennis is very patient and he doesn't pressure you or rush you, instead he lets you know how passionate he is about his job, and that he's there to make sure that you're ? percent satisfied. Your car will not leave his shop until he's 100 percent satisfied as well. I've been buying wheels over the years, and without a doubt, this was my best experience ever. Treated with respect, very clean environment and delivered as promised. A wonderful experience. ???? Oh, by the way, no vibrations or shaking at any speed. Feels like factory, with much better handling.”

“absolutely amazing business! i stay 33 mins away in spanish lake. I worked out on Chippewa one monday, and my car wouldn’t turn on after my shift at all. I didnt have money for a tow so i left it there. (yeah…i know)my car was broken into later that night and my passenger side window was completely gone. there was glass all in my car. I called Mike, he gave me instructions on what time to tow my car to him and everything. he examined everything that was wrong with my car. he kept me up to date on the process and gave me a quote for my broken window. he charged my battery up for me & he figured out what mistake i made & showed me how to fix it. absolutely amazing.him & his partner (i dont know the name) did amazing on my car. they cleaned up the glass, replaced the window, and made my car start! i was able to go home about 30 mins away with no issues, no lights. and it didn't cost me my sanity to get it repaired either. i got everything done, the same day. amazing customer service, will be back if need be!Services: Battery”

“I had some issues with my wife's wipers and of course you don't notice until it rains. I conducted a Google search and found this business. Seeing it was a small business was an additional attraction so I drove by hoping they could at least take a look at it short notice but was resigned to leaving it overnight. I was greeted walking through the door by Brandon and in the rain he took a look and diagnosed the issue. I gave him the keys and within a short period the keys were returned and the car was parked outside the door. He told me it was it a quick fix but he also understood the importance of a husband ensuring his wife is happy and safe. That type customer service and impressive soft skills are a lost art now but they turn a walk-in into a repeat customer. Heaven forbid something else goes wrong with my wife's vehicle, but if it does I know where I'm going.”

“My daughter took her car to this location and something went wrong when changing her brake fluid. She was there quite a while and the technicians couldn't of been nicer. They asked her if she was hungry etc. She ended up leaving the car overnight so they brought her home. The next day fixed the car and delivered it to us. They took such good care of my young daughter and made it right with her. I recommend this location to everyone. I wish I knew the techs. names to give them a shout out but Jonathon the manager was so helpful.”

“Bill is a very professional and honest mechanic bill has been servicing my car since the 80's whenever I've taken my car to bill he never turned me away when he was really busy he worked with me and I never had to return my car to him not ever, let me tell u a short story year's ago I took my car to cotton-man transmission because my transmission was slipping they told me I needed the hold transmission rebuilt 500.00 they had my car for two weeks! So I heard about bill took my car to him and I'll be.. it was a broken spring in the transmission bill fixed my car in one day 75.00 and every since bill has been servicing my car! there are some honest mechanic out there but bill is the go to person for any car repair you may need I put my money on that I don't know what I would do if bill was to ever close shop I would be crushed my whole family takes our cars there! so with that being said thank you bill for being the best honest mechanic I've had the pleasure to meet.”
