I am so unhappy with this bank! Never in my life have I had the issues I have had with any other bank! They hold checks even after having the account for over a month (I have had mine since last year!). They tried to say my check from the IRS was fraudulent and put it on another 6 day Hold! Even when speaking with customer service and they did not make me aware until the incident. I am very frustrated and it’s all because I allowed basic overdraft so beware if you get an account through them! So unhappy l!

just looked at todays debit transactions. when i used the atm at arvest's drivethru today, it charged me a $4 atm fee then seperately charged me an additional $2 atm fee. $6??? if they are that crooked over little stuff, i'd hate to see how they treat people with real money...

I'm not happy with the service and they way funding are taking out my account. They are very slow. I'm tired of having money deposited into a bank. Then when I need help they want help. Kept denying my application. I'm moving my account.

This bank is so SLOW. I miss the older people that moved to a different branch. I really think they should put faster people at the windows. It's pretty sad waiting for 25 mins for a change order.

Really disappointed in their mortgage officer. Had an appointment set and he got sick and canceled (totally understandable) told me we would reschedule and he never did! This was before covid so it could have been prevented. We were 3 months away from having to move out of our apartment and had to move in with family because we didn’t have a place to live. It was just poor communication on both ends. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

Spent 20 min using the atm cause the screen buttons are messed up. Had to go around 3 times! Still no help or any fixes. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love Arvest! I had a million issues at my old bank, and Arvest has solved all of them. I finally get ALL. of my money in my deposits, and the staff at EVERY location (not just the Belton one) is extremely helpful and nice. I have never had a single issue here with anything. In fact, they called me once a week for about 2-3 weeks (I think) after I first opened my account to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. I highly recommend banking here!

Just switched over my business account to Arvest in Belton. Love the atmosphere inside this bank. The associate's all seem to have great attitudes and are very friendly. The popcorn is also a nice touch.
