I went to AT&T store yesterday and waited about 30 minutes. When the guy was done with his first customer I was next so I explained that I am need home internet and a new phone. He told me I had to order the equipment on Amazon and to come back once I got it. He as really dismissive. Of me and did not want to help me at all. I started driving home and I was very upset that I was treated like I don't matter. Then I thought I wonder if t model can help me. I left with my Internet set up an iPhone 15 an Apple Watch, a charging station, a power station and a plastic thing that goes on my phone so thank you AT&T for not bothering to help me with anything because I got everything I wanted and needed at T-Mobile

Had a great experience today in setting up new internet as I move! Rhonda was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I was a bit concerned it would be a stressful experience based on another recent visit to a different internet provider. But everyone here was helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I was in there about 50 days ago. I had been having problems trying to get a phone I liked. I had ATT prepaid for a couple years and I didn't care if it was prepaid or plan. I had went to the Harrisonville location and 4 Walmarts before buying a phone. They said it's internal memory could be expanded. I went to the belton store because yet again, the Harrisonville store said they couldn't help me. The Belton store told me it couldn't be done. I showed them my paperwork as well and I told them this wasn't what I signed up for. They told me to return the phone to Walmart and that since I never used the phone, after 45 days of non use and the fact that I returned it, it would cancel on its own. I started receiving bills for it. I returned to the Belton store after returning the phone to Walmart trying to get a new phone. They gave me 2 options, neither with the internal GB I was looking for. I tried online and through customer service and no one would help me so I switched to Xfinity mobile. I received another bill today from ATT and called the Belton store. They said that no one there ever told me that and that I was responsible for the bill. That I needed to contact customer service. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! The entire company has gone way down hill and they try to scam you into something you do not want. Not just thus store but the whole company.

I was in your Belton, MO store yesterday, 3/4/22, and received probably the best customer service I have ever received anywhere, from anyone. It is very unusual to get that level of service. Bryant Gregg waited on me, transferring information from my Iphone 6 to my new Iphone 13, along with a number of other issues and questions that I had, including the possibility of adding my elderly mother to our account. I was impressed by his knowledge of everything that I asked and his patience with my lack of technology knowledge in certain areas. There was no high pressure to buy more than I wanted of anything, just a professional and yet extremely friendly and courteous individual. He made me feel like he was genuinely glad I came in the store. And, I noticed he treated everyone else he dealt with the same way. Finally, he gave me his business card with his cell phone number in case I had questions on anything and walked me to the door. Unbelievable!! I will never go anywhere else for phone service. Thank you Bryant!!

Went in for a simple screen protector replacement (which when I bought my phone from this store they told me to get the at&t brand screen protector so I could come back to the store to get it fixed when broken)Alfi was the representative that helped me and he was extremely unhelpful and rude. Half hour of my time for them to tell me to go to another store for help. Ridiculous.
