We had a very pleasant experience in the store. Were greeted immediately and was finished in no time. We also had fun in there with the people. The Lady went through my account, tweaked a few things and found me a discount with AARP.

I received quality service today when I visited. I was greeted upon entering and an employee was available and ready to assist me. He was patient, informative, and friendly throughout the process of picking out and setting up a new phone. Good location ?

I went in to add International Day Pass to my phone and the agent said it would be NO COST until I used the service got home and my monthly and ongoing bill is 100$$$ higher now!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The story of my rip off by this store and at&t online costumer service has been in real. To make the story short, because of their miss information I will be refunded only half of my $730.00 phone. Twice I was told by their own employees that I would receive a call back from the branch manager, and never did. And due to that I returned the phone after the “14” days they require, for you to be able to return the device. After hours of calls through the online costumer service, dropped calls that they never called me back and I had to start over once again. It is safe to say I will never return to at&t, not even if they give me a free phone and free account for me and my wife!

If I could give them a negative 10 I would! I went to the store to get home internet at my new house in Windsor MO. The guy was rude to me and refused to even help me. I was so upset I left crying. The I got set up with T-mobile and the internet was terrible. (They have to many people on the tower) so I called AT&T because I was told there the only other company in Windsor. Will I explained to the guy I stream tv and use my laptop and phone. (I don't understand this stuff at all) he set me up with a Hotspot totally wrong for what I need! After less than 10 days I got a notification that all my GB was used up and it was going to cost another $10. So I canceled it right then and there! Then I went to a place where my T-mobile phone would work and looked up internet in Windsor. And found out that they have a big round white ball thing so I put it in the cart but did not check out so I could call and ask about it. The guy told me that they don't have service in my area and he sent my call to a lady who tried to get me to accept a dish on my house (not happening) so then a guy told me to try Brightspeed so I did and I set up a install the next week I got that stupid ball thing on my porch. So I called to send it back and was told to take it to CVS so I did then I got the same stupid box back the next week. So I called and they promised to send me a return slip in the mail but I never got it. After Christmas I was in Blue springs and saw a ups store and they took it and sent it to them. So then yesterday I checked my email and found they wanted $299 for my phone and hotspot that I had less than 10 days. So I paid it then the very next day I get confirmation that they got the $299 but they want a more money $178 now! That means they expect $477 for less then 10 days of service!?!?

ATT calls you constantly. Cannot reach a person to talk to after they call. They also charge plenty of fees if you happen to miss a payment or dispute any bills :)With that being said the phone coverage service and internet service are the best around. Business practices are the problem.

Ben was amazing! He was thorough in comparing plans and options as I was trading in and switching over from another carrier. Appreciated the time he took in answering all my questions and highly satisfied with his customer care and service. Would highly recommend Ben!
