I ordered two ball joints online for an old 85 dodge and they had them in stock at the store. I stopped thru and picked them up on my way home after work. Never thought I'd see a set of screwed in upper ball joints but there they were. Put them in my truck and all was well with the inspection to get it titled. Thanks to the dude at the zone for having my order pulled and ready

I called to see if they had a belt I needed and they put me on hold for about 3 minutes got back on the line and said "yes, we have it" so I drove up there and they didn't have it.

Why is it I walk in no other customers are present ,one employee is restocking the shelf the other employee is playing with the register . Next the phone starts ringing employee one ignores the phone when the employee too starts walking to come get it the second phone goes off meanwhile I'm still standing there so they both take up the phone to spend 5 minutes on the call they never made a sale on what happened to money in hand pay attention to your clients that are inside the house instead of me searching for a price I guess it was Sunday

Helping a friend with a breakdown. He needed a new radiator cap, and AutoZone had it. And for a great price too! Even let him refill his containers with water, just in case. But my friend made it home just fine. All thanks to AutoZone! And ME, don't forget about ME!!
