I had my Samsung front glass repaired at the Belton location. 3 days later my screen developed a white line precisely across the center. It was not after a drop. I never dropped it. It appeared between phone calls on my drive to work. There is absolutely no impact damage of any sort. The glass is completely flawless. I phoned batteries plus that morning to tell them. They agreed it would be fixed under warranty. I could bring it in. The next day it was getting late but I wanted them to see the phone so as they could verify it as soon as possible. The attendant said yes I could bring it back and checked that the part was available. I said great. I then returned to the store two days later. That was today. They told me they had no record of my repair. I then produced their email informing it was ready to pick up. From there he proceeded to tell me that it was not going to be warrantied that it was damaged from impact. I asked him to show me where he claimed evidence of damage from impact. I was informed it didn't matter. This was not my fault. I will always except my responsibility. The screen has a strange black ⚫️ that seems to be growing. It also has shades of banding throughout the entire screen. And an additional green line has now grown from the dot.
So frustrated!
And yes it is in a case.
Crazy the times in the past that I have dropped my phone and survived abused.

Had a great experience here. The employee Xander helped me out with my truck Key-Fob as well as recessed lighting for my home. He was honest and genuine which is why I’m writing this review. 10/10 coming back because of his efforts in helping me.

DON'T GO HERE! The guy working behind the counter was rude and seemed very disgruntled to have a job. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else. Should have listened to the reviews.

Do not go here! I got my screen repaired on my iPhone for $150 dollars and purchased a screen protector. It’s been two months and my screen has cracked multiple times and now has black streaks. A warranty was never mentioned. Down $150 dollars and an iPhone screen.

Staff was straight forward, honest, and knowledgeable. I feel like they went out of their way to help me get this repair done. My phone is older, parts discontinued, and they were able to locate, and get the parts needed. Repair took less time than expected. The service done fixed my issues. Would recommend the Belton location and staff to anyone needing a service on their phone.

Never go to this place for any kind of iPhone screen repair. First of all my screen went black and didn't work like 5 mins after I got it back from being 'repaired' When I brought it back the gentleman mentioned it had something to do with the connection of the screen and fixed it. Fast forward 4 months and I have nothing but issues with my iPhone. Mind you its only an iPhone 13. I have issues where the screen will go black and won't turn on for 10 mins plus. Issues with clarity of the picture on the screen. DO NOT get your screen repaired here, spend the extra 100 and take it to Best Buy where they are certified in apple phone repair.

If you want a cheap battery, this is the place for you. If you want a durable battery, spend the extra money elsewhere. Bought it for my bike in the winter months. Put the trickle charger on it. Not driven once. Went to drive it and the connector broke off? They would not replace it. Manager knocked a little off a new one but for the price if them, they shouldn’t break sitting there with a trickle charger on it.

I often need very different and special batteries for my instruments I use in my business of color management. I can't go down to Walmart or Best Buy or any other store with electronic batteries and get my batteries. I can oder some of them online but Batteries plus will find them for me no matter what kind of batteries I need. Why should I search the internet when Batteries Plus will find them in minutes for me. They order them and then call me when they are in my local Batteries Plus. I love these guys.
