Beacon is your atypical storage facility, but the managers are not. Absolutely wonderful and engaging. We've had a unit with Beacon for over a year now and it was a great decision to rent with them. Conveiniently located and easy to find, Beacon satisfies my storage needs.
I read in these reviews that someone complained about bugs and spiders. It's a storage facility. I've rented from higher priced, climate controlled, indoor facilities and still dealt with bugs, in acuality, on a much worse scale than what exists at Beacon. Storage units were not meant to be the Taj Mahal.
Insects outnumber humans on this planet so keeping them out is a very large task that no one has perfected. They are everywhere you go, even in your own home.
Beacon does the best it can to provide a safe storage experience, but if people decide to do wrong, they will. No amount of security has ever stopped that. That's reality.
Dollar for dollar, renting with Beacon has been a great experience. Kay is awesome!

Of all the storage facilities in Belton that I've seen, this one actually looks well taken care of, well-lit at night and most importantly, secure. I have never rented from this particular place, but I've helped a few friends move in and go in and out throughout the years that they've had their stuff stored here.
