I've been going here for a few years now for vehicle service. As a single parent with 3 children, whenever something goes wrong with my vehicle, it's pretty nerve wracking, because I don't have anyone that can even take a look at my vehicle for me. Every time I've called, Bernadette just tells me to bring it on up right now and they will look at it. They fix it in a timely manner and don't take advantage of you. Great place.

Great place to take your car. Very honest real people running the shop. Didn’t feel nervous one bit. Overall great people, clean, comfortable place to sit. Appointment was at 3:45 PM. Car was already on the lift at 3:50. Trust worthy…All the way around, absolutely would recommend.

Very disappointed, after getting quote to diagnose for $50 since it was nothing automatic on my car door lock on a 2005 Honda Civic, I was told they broke the door and now it doesn’t close. This part would cost of fixing would be $325 total. I was told “ due to being old car things can break”. I have never had this happen when I took car to get a new starter, alternator, new tires, etc and never have they broken anything. Then after not being done on time, we called to check on car, told my son something else is broken and no price. The next day no call when we were told car was going to be ready In morning, and when we picked it up they told us the handle on lock was broken by them also. So a bill for $430, I was willing to pay but taking them to court.
Childish, the owners son I think had came in while the front person who own shop was taking to me and my son, started yelling and screaming. They took everything off the car they put in, and on top now my car door doesn’t close, they broke the handle, and the window crank is broke. I have never been treated like this. I would never recommend this business to anybody, I have lived in Belton for 19 years and have never had such an experience.
