Great family owned storage facility. The customer service is outstanding. They always have the customers best interest at heart. They make you feel very comfortable and you know that your items are secure. I have been using them for the past two years and I recommend them to all my friends.

I love the customer service. Clean and very secure. It means a lot to me that they take care of my belongings. I can always talk to someone. Electronic payments are done on time each month. I will always keep my storage space. Keep up the good service.

Your typical mom and pops build it up and the kids tear it down. The wife is a liar and screams closet vindictive narcissist . The husband, poor soul, mangled all of the shipping containers and they now leak and hard to open/shut. One container has been off its foundation on one side for the better part of a year. Stay away.

Out of five stars, this place, we rate 10 stars, to the moon and back. It is a wonderful place and people to do business with. We have rented three large storage units from them for a little over three years. And today we were able to get one of the storage units, empty and return to them with no issues at all. Rent from BELTON SELF STORAGE.
