Would give zero stars, avoid this bank and their sleazy bait tactics. Had an email set-up with them as I was debating whether or not to open account. Never deposited a dime into their hands. They send an offer bonus to open an account via mail so I decided to try. Was not impressed with their savings options giving back literally zero APY but decided to put some money away for my upcoming wedding. Even though I made all the transactions and deposit amount for the bonus, they denied to pay it out based on the fact I had a prior email with them. Their fine-print mentions you have to be a new account holder. I never banked with them, I am a new account holder. When opening the account a woman who closed her account 8 months prior asked the bank representative next to me if she would qualify. Because she banked with them before, they said no. Why are they sending offer bonuses to people who they deem ineligible? Bait tactic since they know they won't pay out. Sad.

Great bank been with them about 15 years now. The reason for 3 stars is strictly for the ATM service being highly unreliable.I can't tell you how many times I'll pull up to use the ATM and its turned off or a cones blocking it. Not a huge deal but it's annoying.

Outstanding customer service, professionalism and communication especially from Valeese Mckelvy! What a difference from Chase Bank, where you are just a number! You are treated like a real human being at Commerce! Their online app is great too! I highly recommend them!

Very VERY difficult to get a hold of, in person isn't that bad but that is not always an option. I've had bad experiences with opening accounts, servicing accounts, and debit card declining at random for no apparent reason. I've been on hold for an accumulative of +2 hours over the past two days trying to have anyone help with my debit card troubles. I've had several reasons to NOT USE this bank, but I'm lazy. I think this is it. I do not trust this bank with my checking account.

They don't offer cashiers checks for non-members despite their website saying they do. They also don't answer their direct line so you have to walk in to find this out.

Went into this commerce today because I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Sat down with the assistant branch manager, Nichole, who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She not only helped me weigh my options, but had a deal worked out for me before I left. Very happy.

Absolute horrible ! Not sure who the rude blonde with glasses is ! But lady you hold my money it’s not yours don’t tell me what I can and cont take out - or ask me what it’s for ? REALLY - also dont charge a fee because your ATM is broke - not my issue don’t buy china stuff ! Do Better !

This is my first negative review I've ever written but I feel like Commerce definitely deserves it. I walked into the lobby and it took their team 20 minutes to acknowledge me when they had available staff. When someone finally came up to the counter and asked what I had wanted they told me to go wait in their waiting area to speak with their staff sitting at the desks, who were occupied with other customers. Normally I'd have no issue waiting but while I was waiting I overheard other customers that had walked in after I did, who went up to the counter for exactly the same issue I had, except they were never told to wait in the waiting area, they were helped immediately. So after about 3 times of this occurring while I was waiting I went up to the counter to ask why they were able to help those customers and not me. I was told "I don't know I didn't help you." I asked if she could help me and she said yes but I would have to wait behind the people who came in 20 minutes after I did. By this time I had been sitting in commerce bank for 45 minutes. I've never experienced such backwards and terrible customer service, but based on the other reviews that's what this branch strives for.

Telephone service leaves a lot to be desired. One message is that the young lady will be gone until July. 15th but the date of my call is August 2nd & 3rd. If you leave a message no return call.
