The employee working was on his phone when I came in. The store looked like it was closed. The open sign was off and the guy was leaning behind the counter so I couldn’t see if anyone was even in the store. No greeting or saying hello. I wanted to buy hogwarts legacy and I was excited to do so but this employee made it seem like it was a waste of time. Didn’t care about the transaction and treated me poorly. When someone spends a hundred dollars you could atleast say thank you have a nice day. All he cared about was getting back to his phone and doing nothing. That manager or employee should not be working here. Plenty of other people would do a way better job.

Parking sucks....Starbucks takes over the parking lot with their drive through. Makes it hard to go to GameStop and Verizon in the same strip mall

I have two girls and buying gifts for boys is challenging for me. I ended up at Gamestop online. The process of ordering to pick up in the store was flawless. When I arrived I have greeted pleasantly and got my item promptly and was back out in the parking lot in no time. Customer Service was fantastic, the store was clean and looked very stocked.

Would be a good place to grab quick games if the days time employee with the pony tail wasn’t so insufferable will up sale you to death and won’t let you purchase a game without a phone number for some reason.

I made the mistake of asking to see one of the new Xbox’s. I was aggressively told “ you have to buy it to even look at it” . Then I had the audacity to turn to my friend and say I just put a bunch of disposable income into crypto. He somehow heard that and informed me that the market just crashed…I just wanted to look at video games and now I hate myself.

Tried to trade in an iphone x that they have listed on site just to drive out and them say they dont take them anymore. Waste of time and gas. They don't update their pages with correct info and get you in store and try to sell something else. Bait and switch.

Terrible with arrival dates on games.. bought Madden 22 for my birthday in store.. was told I would receive it by Monday. Tomorrow is Oct 14 and will be 4 days late. They talked me into renewing my membership like always.. wanting that money. And are not reliable on there word in arrival dates.. All bad.

Best customer service I have had in a very long time. I thanked Caleb for the steps he took to get my transaction to go through and he politely replied he treats customers the way he would want to be treated. Words of wisdom. Gamestop is lucky to have such a caring employee representing them. Much appreciated.
