Mary Webb went above and beyond for me. She was very thorough and got me caught up on everything. I was very overwhelmed by my situation and I didn't know what to do. Mary guided me through the entire process. My wife and I are very happy customer and we will be coming back.
The front desk lady was very nice as well. Thank you both.

I have a lot of paperwork during the tax season. I go to see the same guy every year at H&R Block and each year he remembers me, which he does not have to do but it is an added bonus! The lady at the front desk is always kind and organized. I just show up every year with a stack of forms, not knowing what's really necessary and was isn't and my guy goes through them and prepares everything for me in less than an hour. It makes a dreadful thing, not so dreadful every year.

They rescheduled me twice in a row and now I'll have to wait till next week! I made this appointment weeks ago! I don't recommend them.

Made a appointment for 4:00 2 weeks ago for the 9 of Feb I took off early from work get there they tell me I don't have an appointment so I guess I'll never got back to H&R block again I don't have to use them

Do not file your taxes with tax pro Lannie Simms. She's a skilled con artist. If any errors on your taxes are made by her this scheming company will back her. Long as the service is rendered right or wrong YOU as the client will still be charged!! People like her make it hard to trust but I'm thankful because now I know to keep a close eye on individuals like herself. You don't get away misusing people for self GREED!

I had my taxes over a week with having crypto gathered all forms I could it was not eligible for a 1099 could not do taxes need more trained people I took my taxes elsewhere done. The secretary is very nice at the facility for her she deserves a raise otherwise I will not go back.
