  Called to set up an inspection. Was told their 1pm had cancelled and if I got there in five minutes they'd get me in. I was at the DMV 2 minutes away so I said I'd be there. Got there and waited 30 minutes. Person at front desk disappeared so no one to update on what was going on. I left.

  Had our car break down and got it towed to Jacks, even though we didn't have an appointment and they were super busy they got the chance to look at the vehicle and got it in for repair. They even got the whole job finished in the morning of the next day!
  They came through for me BIG TIME! Super impressed with their quickness and how they answer any and all questions I had.
  Every time Jack's is where I go! From a simple VIN inspection to major repairs! Its the only place I trust!

  Jack's has been in Belton for years and they're still doing an awesome job. They're very service oriented. We can always recommend them for exceptional work. Their mechanics & servicemen do work with professional integrity. They really do show compassion to their customers in mind with timing and services prices. They got our van done in record time and the power steering is good as new.😉👍

  Took my equinox in to have rear shocks installed, drove it down the road and had the terrible rattling in the car !!! Took it back an found out the mechanic didn't secure the shock on the driver's side!!! An now my power locks don't work, which was fine!! I'm stopping payment on this, until this is resolved!!! I'm thinking of going to another shop!!!

  We have used jacks a handful of times now, but I am not disappointed at all. They've got me in quickly, charged a very reasonable price for the service received, and get things done quickly. Very pleased that we found this shop!

  I got my inspection done very quickly. I had an appointment and they took my car back within 10 minutes of that scheduled time. Was advised to do front brake pads before winter but was passed nevertheless.

  Just an odd experience. A couple of months ago I took my Ram in for overheating. They fixed it in a good time frame, charged me a reasonable price and sent me on my way. Fast forward to earlier this week, I had to take it back in for the same reason as a few months ago. The mechanic that worked it previously confirmed it was the part and they would warranty it out to replace and I’d be good to go. Then, a few hours later he calls me back. Suddenly, there’s now a leak and a few more changes needed that he “didn’t notice before.” The thing is, I monitor my drive way and where I park for work daily. I’ve never seen anything where I park that would indicate a leak. Yet, this seems to be something that has been ongoing, per what he was telling me. He also said it’d costs $3000-$6000 to fix. A heck of a spread. A family mechanic thought it didn’t add up and I just need to get it home. So I did, against a bit of push back from this mechanic. And now, oddly enough, there’s a leak hitting my driveway that wasn’t there before. I don’t want to say what I assume, I will let a reader do that for themselves. I will not be giving this business anymore of mine moving forward.

  Went in for an oil change on a well maintained Buick Lacrosse. $1116 later, they claimed to have replaced something O had the empty box in trunk for from the week before. I said nothing and paid the bill. Two weeks later car wouldn't start. Had it towed there. 3 days later, I had to call them and they claimed I needed $4k timing chain.
  I had it towed it to a second mechanic. He said it ran fine. There was nothing wrong with it. I will never trust Jack's again. The incident stressed me out at an already difficult time. They were relentless and charged me for the days it sat on their lot not being worked on. Unbelievable. Women, I felt targeted. Be careful.

  These people are absolutely amazing i told them I was stranded in Missouri and from iowa they fit me right even though they were busy and they were so sweet to the two cats we had with us on this trip they literally got me back on the road in less then two hours I was on the verge of tears trying to figure out how I was going to make it back to my kids and they made my day so much better I just want to say thank you so much
