“This place has the best sausages hands down in the city. The ribs are so much better than Gates or Jack Stack at half the price. The only place in town I go for smoked meats. Try the jalapeño cheddarwürst and beef hotdogs. You never had it this good!”
“This is a very clean store with friendly employees. They're the only game in town for Peculiar, MO, unless you want to drive 15 minutes to one of the big retailer super stores or to "the stock up store" for groceries, so their prices are extremely high, comparatively speaking because there's no other local competition. But if you just need to pick up a few things, or you don't want to drive the distance to another store or hassle with the big retail store, this is very convenient. I couldn't afford to do all my grocery shopping here, though.”

“Granted the two times I was in there most recently was right before Thanksgiving and then again before Christmas. I ordered online ahead of time and the staff moved me through very quickly during these very busy periods and every time they had a smile on their face. Not so easy when it gets that busy but they were great. That and the food is always exceptional!”

“I thought my only choices to get travel vaccines were a very expensive clinic that doesn't take insurance and my county health department which was out of the vaccine I needed. Then I found Hen House Travel clinics. They discussed what I needed, had the yellow fever vaccine I needed and ran it through my insurance saving us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend these guys.”
