“Great other than the cashier kinda being weird when I asked for one dog wash and had two dogs with me. I was only there to wash one dog and get the other out for some social time. ?”

“I took in two stray cats, one of which appeared to have frostbite on a paw, the day before we were forecasted to have -30 degree windchills. I thought I would have them for a very short time before they’d be taken to a shelter. Little did I know how hard it would be to find a place to take them. I literally spent an entire day calling all around the metro, and this was the only place that was willing to help. Not even animal control would. It’s obvious they actually care about cats and are just kind people.”

“A friend had recently been in the hospital, so she wasn't able to wash her dog, and I couldn't wash her dog, because the dog didn't know me. She called Petco, and got a same-day appointment to have the dog washed and clipped. When we walked in, no one was at the check-in, so we waited a few minutes, then found someone to page them. A young lady came out, and was friendly both to us and to the dog. She took the dog back with hugs and kisses, and let us know that she would call when the dog was ready. We were able to get my friend home, run errands, and get back to pick up a well-groomed doggie when we got the call. Thanks, Petco!”
