I took my vehicle in for a Missouri Vehicle inspection. The inspector reported 3 bad suspension parts. Upon commencing the repair work myself, I found that none of the parts were in need of repair. While at the same time, I found a necessary repair that the inspector missed. I will not use this service again. It was at best sloppy, at worst deliberate misleading to procure unneeded service work.

We have used Pit Stop for many years for 3 vehicles. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the work! They keep our two older vehicles running. We have our vehicles maintained 2xs a year. Thank you Pit Stop.

Lug nut stud was broken off within a couple days of getting alignment and state inspection done here. Could have cost me my life. The problem, now, is not fixing the safety concern. It hurts for Ron and Linda to look right at me and not care I was in such danger. Maybe the car was aligned for a few days but the lug nuts were loose enough to remove by hand. Not accusing them of failing to tighten the lug nuts but the wheel was falling off. Furthermore, The wheel is grinded out so the l.n's can't hold it down. This would have been noticed before or after the mvi and alignment were performed.

I have been to Pitstop many times at first from the recommendation of a co-worker. I have always had fantastic service at reasonable prices. I had a 1:00PM appointment today for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited with Linda in the lobby. She is wonderful! I was done and on my way in one hour at a fantastic cost and outstanding service! Great small family owned local business!! Way to go!

Same terrible experience as other comments. Work was supposed to be done under warranty, but instead they replace the same exact parts a second time with a $400 bill. Rude and dishonest company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Did not have a good experience. Had to have a battery replaced that was under warranty. Made an appointment, Dropped it off with very specific instructions to call if there was any out of pocket cost. They did not even look at my car the day I had an appointment. They didn't bother to even call me and tell me they were not going to be able to fix my car that day. I had to call them. The next day they finally replaced the battery that was under warranty but then told me had had a bill that they never called and told me and estimate before doing the replacement. The lady was not nice or helpful. She even acknowledged getting my note that asked them to call me if there was a charge. Will not be back.

They put the wrong part in my car and it made so much noise while I was driving home, they fixed it after I brought it back to them, but it was pretty stressful. I'll probably go elsewhere next time.

Went in to have my cars rear end check out because of tire issues while driving pulse Discount Tires referred me. They check everything out and explain to me what was going on. Thanks to the Pit Stop Automotive in Belton for being Helpful and Friendly .
