When I called from the west coast, my daughter was standing at the side of the highway where she'd just been in a wreck. The owner himself answered the call and was very honest about the lengthy wait time if we brought it to him. He was kind enough to refer us to another body shop that he thought was ethical. They in turn charged us nothing to evaluate the damage and recommend scrapping it. Thank you, RK Collision, for taking the time to get us into good hands from so far away--when you were clearly very busy!

Originally looking for a welding/fabrication shop in the Cleveland area but everything was out of buisness/not responding. Showed him what I needed drill pressed and he was able to get it done ASAP. He really helped us out in a pinch.Service: Welding

Still SUPER pleased with Rick. I called today to see about repainting my car. Have a lot of little rust spots and thought about coming back since my first experience was excellent. He's an upstanding guy and leveled with me that a place that specializes in automotive painting (like Maaco) would be a much better price than what he can do. They just do so much volume and are properly set up to do those jobs cheaper and quicker. AN HONEST CAR GUY. Look no further, call up Rick, he'll take great care of you!

I really believe RK Collision Repair Center is the most accommodating, car repair center out there. They execute expert work, deliver cars on time and I think the pricing is very fair.
