I lived here for 2 years. I did have to move because every year the lot rent and the trailer rent goes up. But never had an issue with anything. As long as I lived here. They make good landlords as long as you pay your rent on time. They like you.

The ladies that work here are phenomenal. Very kind, understanding and want to see individuals succeed with getting their home.
