I usually just check out DVDs nowadays.I have to say that the staff are very helpful and my small talk with them wasn't awkward and very humble. However, I do have to say that how you find which movie you're looking for can be a little confusing, especially if you're a newcomer. But overall, that's the only fumble I have to say.
