Always have parts I need. Saturday morning ladies working were horrible. Asked for help finding an item I found online and acted as if I put them out. Guy at the register was fine. Need to assess customer service at this location. “Good morning, how are you? Can I help you?” Can go a long way. The eye rolls I can deal without.

My visit here was brief. I had arrived looking for a couple of specific items that they don’t sell, so I wasn’t here for long.
I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful, so I heartily recommend this location based upon that alone. I’m unsure whether I even formed an opinion about their product mix and whether I will return, but for people in or near Belton, you have one of the friendlier TSC’s I’ve visited!

I went the belton location because it said on your website you do propane refills. That is a lie. Time and time again your store proves how worthless it is. If you can’t refill tanks take it off your website.

Shout out to Wayne and all the staff at TSC Belton. Customer service and reliability are for sure here. Love the Cub Cadet wayne sold us and could never be happier. In fact every purchase we make there is a pleasure. Erin loves going to see the chick's & Duck's. Store reminds me of growing up in the country and smells like heaven. Thank you all so much. We spoke with an employee at this store and explained that we wanted to purchase 50 stall mats while they were on sale and could purchase them online on a Sunday but wouldn't be able to pick them up until Wednesday. We needed to make arrangements for a truck that could accommodate the load. We were told that this would be okay and if there was a problem, we would be called. Wednesday morning our order was cancelled by TS and our money was refunded. When we contacted the store, they said that they still had the mats and we could pick them up but they would no longer honor the sale price and we would have to pay an additional $500. No thank you. Not pleased that employees are not educated on company policy. We will now purchase them somewhere else and will not be shopping at TS again.

The chicks I got here were both happy and healthy. The female attendant for the chickens was so sweet and helpful when she helped us with viewing and picking our chicks - I wish we got her name. The manager was also amazing for seeing us during his lunch break because he had to approve us only buying 2 chicks instead of 4. They sell everything you could need to start your own little backyard chicken coop. I've been coming here for over 5 years for various pet supplies and my experience has always been excellent.
