These people are no help. Mail person does not deliver all my mail even when it has the correct address. When I went down the the office the lady told me it didn’t make sense for me to go to my local post office about mail I didn’t receive.

Was getting mail delivered to the incorrect box. Frustrating to say the least. Spoke with Maria at Belton post office and she couldn’t be any more helpful. Calm kind and just a rock star. If we had more people like her it would be a better place

For the most part the Belton Post Office has been pretty reliable. However, I've now had 3 packages in a row that says they were delivered but they are not here. No key in my box to open the parcel box. I don't know what's going on but it's very frustrating.

This place already has a 2.5 rating so this review won't do much. Is it really necessary to give someone an attitude over a single piece of tape? Apparently today was the day to give me one, since I forgot to tape up one side of a box.

Had not had issues till today, I overnighted an envelope with guaranteed delivery, I went in as it did not get delivered till the following Monday, gave them my receipt filled and signed the paper and was given a refund receipt under the impression it would go to my debit card as that is now I paid, now 14 days later no refund go back in today and they tell me I was given cash, I was not given cash, refused to check cameras and the coward that did the refund was hiding in the back and would not come out. I would stay away away from them unless you have to. Absolutely shady.

Horrible, they lost mail, they damage packages, they loose or take items in packages. You can not call them you have to be extremely drastic to get an person to speak to you and then they just pass the buck. This is the fourth major issue with them. Not counting all the mail that is always late.

Just a suggestion. How about your mail carriers stay off their phone while working. Might help them to not drop off a stack of mail that belongs three doors down. Now I have to wonder where my mail is because none of the 8 envelopes were addressed to my house.

I enjoy going to this location for my mailing and stamp needs. When I had to mail overseas, David was very helpful showing me how to fill out a customs form. There is plenty of parking at this location and several associates to help at one time. It is spacious inside so even if you have to wait in line you’re not crammed up. There is also lots of counter space to use when preparing your packages. I highly recommend this location. Thank you.

This place is a joke. There's 1 older lady that just isn't pleasant at all. If my address is forwarded and didn't get forwarded why would I pay to pick up my items. Bullsheeet

Worst post office I've ever lived with. They sent back my driver's license to Jeff City for no reason (had to call Jeff City to find that out.) We get our mail probably 2 weeks after we see it on informed delivery. If you're lucky, they run the mail 1x a week. They also withheld mail from us for 2 weeks when we moved into our new build because they had to 're-key' a mailbox that had never ever been used by anyone before. (??) No one else on our street had this issue. I would absolutely skip going here at all costs. Worst service of all time. I have a feeling the 5 star reviews are employees. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Don’t plan on getting any important mail on time. Poor communication. We’ve had multiple legal documents not delivered and then subsequently “returned to sender” for no explainable reasons. If you want to receive junk mail and flyers on time though, this is your place.

Attention!!!!. This goes out to anybody that lives in Belton Missouri . If you're going to send a package overnight. Or Express. Do not do it. Because they will not deliver it on time All they're doing is taking your money and holding on to it to collect revenue My package has been delayed 2 days and I did overnight express mail. And nobody wants to talk to you about it.

They delivered my supplements into my cluster mailbox. But it's too big to be able to get out the other side.. im sure the mail person knew it because how could you not?!!! That's the very reason they have the bigger boxes with key access!!! I've been calling the store location all day bc that's what customer service told me to do. No answer, ALL DAY LONG!!!! Im livid. My supplements aren't supposed to be in FREEZING TEMPERATURES!!!! ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE
