Visited for the first time today to get a new SIM card. Jacob was very friendly and helped me right away! In and out within 10 minutes!

Went in for an upgrade about 45 minutes before closing. Was well taken care of and was able to upgrade before they closed.

Rafael at the Belton Verizon is an exceptional human being, not just an employee. He is a breath of fresh air. Rafael was also training Mia during our interaction and Mia is a star as well. Who ever would have thought a trip to the cell phone store would be a positive experience, where questions were answered, business got done, and fun was actually had. Great job. They deserve a raise! ???

Jacob w and the manager Jon are amazing. Had a technical issue with activating my new phone and they did great at getting me set up. It took almost 3 hours but they were patient and I left the store with my new phone working properly

Verizon is a horrible company. I had a apple watch and phone and they are paid off and they still have not refunded my money. Turned in before 30 days. Been 2 months. I have called several times only to hear one lie after another. They have lost several customers over this. I have called Fox 4 and getting papers ready to sue them. Nobody should have to go through this. They have stolen my money they have my products.

This is a corporate location, and Jacob goes above and beyond even if you’re not purchasing something that day. When you go in ask for him, and I hope Verizon never does away with these corporate stores.

Absolutely worthless, spent an hour trying to pay my wifi bill online just for them to tell me that MY account number that VERIZON HAS GIVEN ME isn’t my account number. So how does that work exactly?

I am posting this on behalf of my great experience at this location with the solution specialist Slade. He made my experience very easy. He was very polite, knowledgeable educated and helped me get what I needed. I appreciate him, someone give that man a raise. Thank you thank you again, Slade.

Accidentally gave this store -5000 stars. My bad. This store gets 5 stars just in case. There is a 10,000% chance this store is better than 135th and Metcalf in OP and I haven't even been here.

I was literally trespassed from the store after “manager” Grey got irritated with me for asking questions he felt he answered over and over when really it was a question to a response he was giving me. He got irritated, slammed his hands on the table and said “I’m done dealing with you, I’m not doing this” and proceeded to leave me sitting to help another customer. When I opted to leave the store to go to a different one for help, he openly threatened to turn my phone lines off. He said he had authority to do so. When I turned around from willfully walking out to ask him to speak to a District manager, he said I am the store manager. He refused to let me speak with someone hire than him. He proceeded to call the police. When I requested to see the policy that says he can turn my phones off, he denied me that request. The police asked me to leave. I did. 15 minutes later, they’re in my drive way serving me with a no trespass to the store. Up until this instance, I had received excellent service from this location and multiple people that work there. Grey Goulden needs to be dealt with. Customers should be Leary of this boy. For the record, he’s not the store manager.
